Thinks colonoscopies require no sedation
This doctor works for my insurance company (which is based in NYC) denying services deemed medically necessary by far more accomplished doctors. He personally signed off on denying me ANY sedation for a colonoscopy, so hello sir, here I am reviewing you for that. Didn’t think that would happen when you sold your soul and took the gig denying services, did you? My doctor laughed at your determination and promised I would have propofol sedation “of course,” and I did! But thank you for the panic attack I had when I got the call the night before. I did not need that. This man does not work for patients, he works for insurance companies, and will always put them and not patients first. I should know! Be better, Bobby Proctor. It’s not too late for you.

Dr. Proctor is a wonderful provider. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care provider. He is very thorough with his patients and takes time to see that all concerns are addressed. He is very knowledgeable about medicine and will see that you have the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Nichole from Petal, MS- Dr. Proctor seems to be a very intelligent doctor. He is very thorough and was able to help with my problem. He ordered the correct scans that were needed to help evaluate my issue. I am very pleased with the type of care that I received from him because him and his nurse both went above and beyond with my care. Thank you again!

My daughter kept getting recurrent fevers and throat infections. After seeing how many times she had been treated for the same symptoms Dr. Proctor referred her to an ENT doctor. She has since had surgery and has not had any problems since then. I thank him for not only treating her symptoms but for thoroughly reviewing her history and getting her the care she needed.

The worst experience I have ever had. He spent only 60 seconds with me. He was rude and his appearance was sloppy. I will never go back to him or Lake Serene Clinic again. Hattiesburg Clinic should be ashamed! He did not listen to me and did not take the time to diagnose me or to order the correct medications for my illness.
