I was a pt for years for my annual only. In 2023 I had multiple visits. There was never any clear reason. She would just say “you need to come back”. I was tired of spending all day in her office for her to tell me nothing!! Not to mention the co-pays. I felt like she was billing instead of providing care. I finally decided to see another MD and I was right!! There was nothing wrong and I am back to once a year. She is still billing me from the 5 visits I had in 8 months. Please choose another MD.

At first, I had what I thought would be a great experience with Dr. Sogade. I wouldn’t know now because I’ve only seen her twice my whole 5 month pregnancy. I had to take pictures on my phone of my ultrasounds and her office took well over a month to send a simple referral. I also have had a kidney infection in their care which would have been caught if they checked the lab work of the patients who get labs done every visit, but somehow my double than normal white blood cell count got missed and I ended up in the urgent care getting IV antibiotics. I can’t recommend this doctor or practice to any other pregnant women.

Pros: 1. Dr. Sogade is a friendly physician. 2. The clinic was a clean and tidy atmosphere. 3. The Office Manager is very polite. Cons: 1. Organization is lacking - I had to call multiple times for access to the online portal, turns out they omitted a letter in my email address. I submitted urine for a pregnancy test and urine drug screen, neither one was performed. So I didn't have a confirmed pregnancy for an additional month. It took three calls to the clinic for them to inform me this was an error on the lab's part. 2. Calls are only returned about half the time. 3. Patients are not informed of deviations from normal procedure until afterwards. Dr. Sogade did my pap smear without any lubrication. It was painful. Afterwards she informed me she did not use lube to avoid errors in the lab processing. This information would have been more useful prior to inserting an unlubricated speculum into an unsuspecting patient.

So unprofessional when she did my biopsy my legs was open in the air she goes in and out the door while my legs was in the air I went bk for the results she tells me they was negative I told her I had just been released from the hospital and they told me I had fibroids but soon I asked for the results she told the front receptionist to give them to me then went and wrote her notes saying I said nothing was shown from the er how the hell would she know wo getting medical records they don’t explain nothing to you oh and did I leave out she say I had an std but didn’t prescribe me any medication for this so call disease the 2nd test came back negative for them same so call disease she said I had then made it look as if I’m out here searching for pain meds she ain’t writing no pain meds to me what I have gotten was from the er 3x since thanksgiving of 2020 if I was on pain killers I’d be at the hospital every month but it stopped another doctor from taking me on for a second opinion

I think I only met her once throughout my entire pregnancy. Every visit I was there for a long period of time, and when I did finally see her it seemed rushed. I wanted to change doctors but by that time it was to late

Incompetence at its finest! The doctors are okay but the administrative staff is terrible. Gayle in the Macon office seems to be the biggest offender. Save yourself the headache and find a doctor's office that has an administrative staff that can do their jobs. A few examples: I canceled my appointment in December in advance and was still billed a no show fee ($35 dollars). It took me multiple calls and emails to Gayle to finally stop receiving notices. Note she NEVER followed up with me. I always had to call her after I kept receiving invoices last one was 4/2/2020. No call to confirm she had even dealt with the issues. Second -I got a notice from my insurance company that a test was run during my annual that wasn't covered by insurance (23 dollars). I called and Cigna said it wasn't part of the standard for annual visits. I was also told I wouldn't have to pay this. Now this isn't an issue as I didn't have to pay but again it would be nice if additional out of the scope test ar

The wait times are ridiculously long. I waited over an hour to be told my test results and I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early. I think it is unfair to schedule a second appointment when the test results can be given over the phone. The doctor herself was also rude and judgmental. Every time I visit her practice, the doctors and nurses are unwelcoming and brush off any question they think is dumb.

Dr. Sogade is always friendly and bubbly for each appointment, she takes her time with asking questions and learning more about me as a person and as a patient. Although other doctors consider my pregnancy high risk, Dr. Sogade has promised to carefully assess myself and baby throughout our pregnancy. I feel confident in her care especially given her wisdom and experience. Her Forsyth office is stellar and the staff there really make you feel at home.

Dr. Sogade was very friendly and 100% professional, great bedside manners. She actually spends quality time to talk to her clients. I actually had the opportunity to express my concerns about my health if needed. Thank you DR. SOGADE! Her staff is phenomenal as well! This may sound strange, but I'm actually looking forward to next year's "annual" exam.

You are already nervous when you have to go the doctors , so when that time arrive you do not want to be stress out any further. Immediately I'm at ease , the staff starting at the front reception to the back of the office is very kind an personable, making sure foremost that they are professional . Dr. Solade takes time to listen , and make sure you are comfortable with any procedures she has to perform .

Dr. Sogade is a wonderful doctor and if you want someone who knows what they are doing then you want her to be your DR. She is very honest and straight to the point and I love that about her. Some may thinks its rude, but I don't she has always been sweet to me and my family. And she helped me through my last pregnancy and she will be there for my next pregnancy. I wouldn't have it any other way. Those wait times are long however I don't care if the end results is top notch healthcare!

Well, her average wait time is 1 hour, but after 30 mins of being late you can't see the Dr. THE IRONY. Overall bad customer service, nurses, front desk receptionist, all of them no sympathy, they act nonchalant, attitudes all the time! I don't get it. If I wasn't 33 weeks pregnant and could get another Doctor to accept me I would. Please, choose another doctor!!

Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. The worst doctor experience I've ever had. At the first appt, I was never warned I wouldn't see Dr Sogade. At the second appt, waited 1.5 hrs and paid a $60 copay and didn't receive the service I came for. The office manager never called me back and refused to refund my copay once I got in touch, and had no sympathy. Office policy requires a follow up appt and a specialist copay fee to hear the results of your annual pap - won't tell you on the phone.

I was told by another doctor I needed a partial hysterectomy at 26 years old. Dr. Sogade said no. I told her I wanted to have more children because I only had one, but after almost 10 years of trying I could not get pregnant. She did a D&C and flushed my tubes. I went home the same day and within 30 days I had started my cycle as normal. I got this procedure in Nov. 2013 and I was pregnant in Dec. 2014. Today I have a beautiful healthy baby girl and I am so thankful for Dr. Sogade.
