Bonnie Chien: Dr. Bonnie Chien performed an excellent surgery for me. When I showed her the X-rays from the emergency room, she promptly scheduled my ankle fracture surgery for the very next day. After the three-hour surgery, Dr. Chien personally called me to address my questions, provide guidance on managing pain, and explain important recovery precautions. It's greatly contributed to my healing process. During follow-up visits, Dr. Chien attentively listened to my concerns and carefully monitored the progress of my ankle's recovery. I also found her AI chatbot extremely helpful in answering many of my questions. Additionally, her fluency in Chinese was a tremendous benefit for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bonnie Chien for her skill, care, and dedication to her patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Chien. She did a thorough examination (with X-rays taken right there on site accessible immediately) and was thorough and kind in her explanation of the reason for my big toe pain. She gave me several treatment options which were explained in detail with her reasoning and benefits for each. I have already been back for a cortisone injection by Dr Chien which gave me great pain relief and have scheduled surgery to further improve my condition. Her office staff has been great as well. I highly recommend Dr Chien and her team.

I am very grateful for Dr Chien’s professional care. Her thoughtful and caring approach is making people feel better during the exam. I did not mind waiting for an extra time to be seen. Although the wait time in her office is sometimes more than 55 min, the care you receive is exceptional. The front desk staff help you with all the paperwork, directions and possible questions. Dr. Chien is very friendly, knowledgeable and listens well. Are there 6+ stars? I adore Dr Chien and her staff. Attentive, nurturing, takes time to listen and make you feel comfortable and heard during a difficult time (in my case an accident that trashed my ankle). Dr. Chien’s surgical talent is unparalleled. The facility and the whole team is just incredible and pros to the core. My partner will be getting surgery with her next to repair an old injury. As for me, I’m slowly recuperating and healing under her watchful guidance.

I had full confidence in Dr Chien after meeting her and seeing my X-rays with her. She was very thorough and careful in explaining the condition of the fractured and dislocated bones in my foot. Also careful that I understood the risk I faced given my diabetes and clear about what she proposed for surgery. The surgery went very well. I would surely recommend dr Chien to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon.

Examined fractured ankle and tendons and muscles carefully, studied x-rays carefully, provided good analysis explained need for phys therapy to a skeptic.

Dr. Chien is an amazing surgeon. She took her time and listened to all of my questions and answered them all very thoroughly. I ended up having surgery with her and had a great outcome. I was back on my feet in a day with barely any swelling at all and 2 months later, i am pain free and my scar is already almost barely noticeable.

A new orthopedist with not much experience and little knowledge about advanced medical treatments and biologics. She didn’t want to do allograft tendon surgery even though that’s the best course of treatment recommended by several surgeons. When asked why, she gave no scientific basis, only said “that’s not her philosophy.” She also claimed BMAC and Prp don’t work for tendinopathy. When asked to produce research concluding this, she had none. She also showed no empathy.
