Dr. C is awesome. Very professional. The whole staff is helpful, comforting and most friendly. Each person took their time and was so informative. Have had several procedures done here over the past years, and I have always been impressed by their efficiency and concern for the patient. Awesome crew!!

Super all around. I've had many, many GI procedures in many different places over the years and Dr C and team cannot be beat. Others have been excellent but the overall experience with Dr C just stands because of such personal, caring, competent service.

This is my 3rd visit to this practice in the last 10 years. Dr. Cvetkovski was recommended by other doctor friends at the hospital were my wife works. The instructions prior and post procedure are very clear and if you have any questions, the staff is very responsive. The staff is very friendly and you feel that they focus on you the whole time that you are there. The time spent in the waiting room is minimal. I always recommend Gastrointestinal Healthcare to my friends and family members. Something else that I really like, is that I receive informative email newsletters informing me of ways to improve my condition.

Dr. Cvetkovski and his staff are welcoming, reassuring and kind. Procedures are clearly explained. From arrival to departure my overwhelming experience was of a professional, caring and friendly environment.

The whole office staff was wonderful. Dr. C was great. Not my favorite procedure, but they all made it okay.

I would recommend GIH with the highest regards. Every step of the process from the pre-appointment prep call to my discharge was best in class. Each staff member was friendly, calming, and informative. I cannot say enough about Dr. C and the team at GIH. I had a very positive experience with this physician and his staff for a recent routine colonoscopy. He is a very patient and caring physician, and takes his time with you to insure your comfort and knowledge of any procedure he may do for your health care. I loved the fact that I could arrive just before 7:00 a.m., and was home by 9:00 a.m. the day of my procedure. Every person on his staff was very friendly, professional and did their utmost to insure my privacy and comfort. The atmosphere was professional but relaxed, and I enjoyed my conversations with each who cared for me. As far as my family and I are concerned, this is the very best physician and staff to see when needed. 5 stars!

Everyone at this practice was compassionate and kind. They treated me as if I were their only patient, although I know they see many each day!

I had a colonoscopy and EGD on the same day. While the prep was less than great the experience at GIH was wonderful. From the moment I checked in until the time I left everyone was warm and caring. I am difficult to stick to start an IV but the nurse kept apologizing to me for what needed to be done. Dr C is a wonderful and caring physician. He allayed my fears and made me comfortable. Within what seemed like a minute the procedures were over and Dr C was right there to explain his findings. The nurses also kept my friend informed of what was going on and the findings also. I will always choose GIH as long as I need them and they are available. Many, Many thanks to all!!!! On your survey 5 was the max i could give, but on many it would have been more than a 10.

I can't imagine a better setting and care than I got from Dr. Cvetkovski's office. Every detail was thorough, comfortable and caring. I had dreaded an endoscopy for quite a while and I will say I will never dread another one. His staff is so nice and made me totally comfortable and communication has been great since. A gem in North Raleigh for sure!

Dr. C and staff are wonderful. Very caring and engaging. Everyone makes sure you feel as at ease as possible, from Dr. C, the front office, the nursing team and the anesthesia team.

Not really anything to tell. ....which is good. The office is clean , and professional, and runs like a well oiled machine. That said, it should also be said that the team is warm, engaged, and caring.

I had a great experience at Raleigh GastroIntestinal. Dr. C and staff are patient, caring, and professional. Best of all, the change in meds and the lifestyle changes suggested to help my acid reflux have made a significant difference. Plus a real person answers the phone and my questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend.

I could not ask for better care. Dr. C and his staff are really exceptional. Every one there is fantastic in what they do. From the minute I walk thru the front door to leaving thru the recovery room exit...I was treated like a King. I never thought I would say this about getting a procedure at a Dr. office, but It was a pleasure. Thank you to Dr, C, nurses Robin and Tracy and the rest of the staff.

I was so impressed by Dr. Cvetkovski and his staff at GIH (colonoscopy procedure). The staff were pleasant and professional beginning with the receptionist , the nurses, Tracy and Rhonda, the anesthesiologist, Karen, and follow up phone call the next day by the tech, Jocelyn. And of course the "Star" Dr. Cvetkovski. Each were exceptional in explaining their part of the process and kept me informed step by step. Dr. Cvetkovski was courteous, professional and reassuring. Once I was "prepped" he explained the procedure again (I had been given information to read when I had checked in). By now I felt completely at ease and knew I was in capable hands. I highly recommend Dr. Cvetskovski and Gastrointestinal Healthcare.

My experience at Gastro Intestinal Healthcare for a colonoscopy was great from the consultation with the doctor in June, 2020, (everything explained) to the actual procedure on Monday, July 13, was super! I could not have asked for better service. Dr. "C" and the entire staff (Tracy, Jonathan, Robin, Arielle, and the person at the front desk ...cannot remember her name) were courteous, hospitable, friendly, and very professional in every respect. Rarely do I give such a high rating, but this one is well-deserved! I commend them highly!

Whole experience was about as professional as one could expect.

I had a great experience with this practice from bottom to top. The receptionists the nurses, the assistants all professional and friendly. Dr C is a very good doctor. Top notch. He listens well (that is very important for me) and cares and of course knows what he is doing. I will be going back if and whenever needed. I highly recommend!????

This was possibly the most comfortable visit I have experienced. Doctor C and Baxter (last name escapes me) were courteous and informative. The staff were all rock stars.
