Poor Bedside Manner
Dr. Dajani seems to know what he is doing; however his bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He does not listen to, nor include the patient in their plan of care. He can be very dry and condescending. He does not educate his patients, and does not like to be asked questions.

Extremely unprofessional
I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance where the office staff verified my insurance. I took the time off from my job and was anxiously awaiting the appointment since I have been suffering from pain for so long in my hand. The day before my appointment I get a call to "confirm my appointment" when I called the office back, they said my insurance carrier is not accepted in their office. There is a waitlist for months within my area for neurologists and this could've been resolved weeks ago when I would've had the opportunity to book elsewhere. Truly the most unprofessional way to handle this situation. I have been in tears all morning now trying to find another neurologist that can take me sooner.

Commencing from the very start: (1) Referred to by my primary doctor, I was able to get an appointment in a reasonably short time; (2) Wait time was no more than 15' minutes; (3) The Receptionist was extremely kind, caring and considerate and the wait area; (4) Dr. Dajani - and, for me, this is the EXCELLENT part, proved extremely knowledgeable and updated about my ailment, which he did solve, as no other doctor before had been able to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dajani for over 15 years. I met him when my daughter was taken to the ER. He saved her life by doing a lumbar puncture to find her true diagnosis. I then became a patient for my migraines. He has tried new meds on me for my break thru headaches but al in all I have them under great control thanks to him. I go every 3 months for Botox injectors. I pay for these out of pocket he is worth every cent I pay. I can’t say enough. Carol

I have been a patient of Dr. Dajani for close to 9 years. I am overdue to take a survey for him. Dr. is one of the best listeners I have ever met. He listens to what you have to say and coordinates care with you. He is focused on your well being. He has a tremdous level of skill and wisdom. Thank You Dr. Dajani and Staff!

This foreign trained Doctor spent 20 minutes with me at my initial visit, sent me for several tests and at the follow up appointment spent less than 5 minutes, told me he didn't have a clue what was wrong and told me to go to a university center. Very dissatisfied
