Dr. Brad Homan, DO

I highly recommend Dr. Brad Homan from Celebration Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute for his exceptional skill and professionalism. Dr. Homan recently performed hamstring tear repair surgery on my right leg, and I am amazed at how the procedure immediately alleviated my pain. His expertise and professional approach instill a sense of confidence and security in his patients. This was my second surgery with Dr. Homan; the first was in 2023, when he successfully repaired a meniscus tear in the same leg. Both procedures were performed at Sand Lake Surgery Center, a facility supported by an outstanding team of professionals who genuinely care for their patients. I want to especially commend Jody Clarke, the General Manager, along with Ari, Pedro, Shri, Andrea, Haley, Stephanie, and Yaslin, for their compassionate care and attention to detail. The office at Celebration Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute is equally remarkable, staffed with a team-oriented group of professionals

First didn’t tell me what acl surgery would cost, called the day before surgery to say he lost my mri he said he could still do the surgery but not having the mri bothered me and I was a nervous wreck with no sleep the day of surgery and didn’t want to go through with it without my mri! So I canceled after sharing my concerns with the nurse the dr dropped me because I shared my concerns with the nurse! This cost me thousands more as I have to pay for insurance 250 a month till I found a new dr which can take months! The dr was childish to not try to rectify the situation he caused by loosing my mri!!

Throughout the years, my mother has often felt frustrated by doctors who didn’t listen or answer her questions. This visit was different. Dr. Homan saw my mother not just as another elder patient, but as the matriarch of our family—a mother, grandmother, and a pillar in her community.His approach exemplifies the transformative impact a caring physician can have not just on the patient but also on the family that surrounds them. Dr. Homan went beyond treating symptoms; he treated my mother with dignity and respect, acknowledging her current pain and providing hope along with a plan for treatment and healing. He deserves all the recognition for his outstanding dedication and level of care. It warms my heart to hear she had a good experience and helps to know she is in good hands.

I have no idea what happened with the people who say that Dr. Homan was rushed and wouldn’t listen. I was there today for the fourth time this year as I’ve been dealing with a complicated cervical issue. He sat down and went through everything with me in an incredibly compassionate and informative way for an extended period of time. I left feeling heard by him and that he really wanted to help me.

Went to this orthopedist because I injured my knee badly. He waited four weeks to order an MRI even though I was in much pain and could not straighten my knee nor put any pressure on it. Finally he ordered the MRI, however, he nor his PA was able to see me for two weeks. When I went to my appointment, they said there was no record of it. They kept me waiting an hour and a half to finally tell me I had to wait another 45 minutes because he had an emergency. I also called his office and left two messages on his assistants voicemail a week prior because I was alarmed at the MRI report. I never received a call back from him or anyone at his office. When I said that to the apparent office manager she said his assistant was no longer there. So no one monitors the main doctors assistants voicemail?? I left. My opinion is to use this doctor at your peril.

Would not recommend. Had my knee replaced almost a year ago still have tremendous pain. Dr Homan May be knowledgeable but is arrogant and doesn’t listen to his patients. Mike his PA is amazing. Honest, caring and helpful. Shares what is going on and tells you the honest story even if it’s bad news

Saw Dr Homan today for my right shoulder. He treated me 5 years ago after a fall and 3 broken places in my clavicle. He and Michael were so so so good to me through a really rough recovery. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Agreeable, efficient staff was able to accommodate my schedule. Went for a second opinion. Dr. Homan was supportive and encouraging, without pressuring me in anyway. Very warm and professional. Highly recommend!

Outstanding knowledge of orthopedics , listens to his patients

I have had two surgeries with Dr. Homen, the last one in Dec. 2019. Both surgeries came out great, my knees are in great shape and I feel my recovery time was minimal.

Dr. Homan, being a weightlifter himself, knew exactly what my injury was and how to treat it. That gave me a lot of comfort.

You will not find a better Dr. or surgeon. His professionalism, bed side manner, and medical skillset is second to none. I first met Dr. Homan when my ex-wife, injured her left hip and leg joint. Dr Homan’s diagnosis and surgical skills were on point. Though it was an in depth surgery, she was up and running in a very short time. I had my shoulder rebuilt by Dr. Homan and my friend flew in from out of state to have Dr Homan do a detailed repair to her shoulder. He and his staff are great and I will not go anywhere else.

Michael and Brad have been very informative.
