Knowledgeable doctor. Efficient, clear, no nonsense. Answers questions clearly. Excellent follow-up after procedures. Super clean and pleasant facilities. No wait, very pleasant staff.

Dr. Yentzer was dismissive, rude, and condescending during my appointment with him. He told me things that I knew were untrue about my own health, and clearly did not believe me about my concerns (that my acne was returning and I was breaking out, despite my acne not appearing that bad on the day of my appointment). He did not want to work with me within my goals, telling me I should probably just go back on the birth control pill if that had worked for me before. I went to a different doctor weeks later and she believed me, addressed my concerns, and prescribed me a medication that got my acne back under control without having to change my birth control plan. I would not recommend anyone see him.

Dr. Yentzer and his staff are all highly professional, engaging, efficient, and caring. I was seen on time, a rarity, yet did not feel that my own appointment was rushed in any way. Dr. Yentzer listened to me, asked specific questions for clarity, and clearly explained the course action to be taken. Kudos to Finger Lakes Dermatology.

The wait time was under 1 minute (!), and everyone I interacted with, from the front-desk staff to the nurses to the doctor himself, was cheerful and highly skilled. Dr. Yentzer is a clear and capable expert, with a dash of much-appreciated humor—in addition to a thorough evaluation of my damned aging skin, he provided helpful tips on chicken and goat ownership. Plus: you can get vegetables from his organic form in the little barn outside! I now consider Finger Lakes Dermatology my one-stop shop for exemplary preventative skin care, chicken advice, and fresh organic produce. Don't miss this comprehensive experience!
