Dr Frank has had his medical license suspended in ConnThecticut for having innapropriate sexual relations with female clients. The story is nothing short of BIZARRE .. The board also believe HE had a mental illness due to his ambivalence towards women. He actually is ambivalent, on a narcissitic level, towards everyone. Including his associates. He has a BIZARRE FASCINATION with the "coming bird flu epidemic" making an appearance on National Geographics "Doomsday Preppers" several years ago. Putting his ambivalence on display and also proving just how low the VA will go in hiring doctors like him. Avoid this man. There really can't be much worse out there when you consider how important CARING about patients are when it comes to psychiatry ...

Rude and abrupt. My first ever appointment with him was ten minutes. He refused to answer my questions, or listen to my history. He also refused to provide documentation/confirmation of my diagnoses. "I don't write letters," he said. He handed me a prescription refill script and sent me on my way. I was so furious. I am not going back. I feel sorry for those under his "care" who have less agency to seek treatment from a doctor who views their patients as human beings.

Very "businesslike", sits behind laptop, coldly caring only about meds. It looks like STADTER values were thrown out, since he recently became their business manager, assuring profits. As soon as I mentioned ECT, he put constant pressure on me, saying I was a "good candidate", with a sly, fake grin. And, the psychologist there also pushed their propaganda. Big mistake!! I would have spent the rest of my senior years in a nursing. Thank GOD, the truth is available!!

I am diagnosed with Major Depression with Anxiety Disorder. My first hospitalization was in 1995. He started me on all my medications. As of today, I am on these same medications. Dr. Frank worked very hard to get me to where I am today in my mental health. He felt my mental health in 1995, warranted a series of shock treatments. As I look back, I truly believe they helped. Dr. Frank's partner, Dr. Gibbon has kept me on the same medications. I am now 74 years old. Dr. Frank is one of the best.
