Office Staff
I came in 15 minutes before my 8 AM appointment and was next in line to check-in when I was told to have a seat and will call me when they are ready (there were 2 office staff in the front desk). The office staff then proceeded to check-in 2 other patients that came in after me. I also found out that they double book patients because the patient that was in front of me had the same appointment time with Dr. Baum. I cancelled my appointment (did not see the doctor) because I think the double booking and blatantly being inconsiderate were signs of more bad service and unprofessionalism to come.

Dr Baum is the ??, he truly is the BEST!!! I so appreciate how honest, real, and truly kind he is! I wish more doctors today worked with the integrity that he has and that they seriously only wanted the best for their patients as he does! I do not have the words to express how much I value how he cares for his patients!

ACL reconstruction
My experience with Dr Baum was amazing . My surgery was April 3024 and it’s 6 weeks later and I’m walking and doing well. The surgery was a success! I went in for meniscus, tears, and whited having to get in complete ACL reconstruction. Been no pain since day 1 . Finally after 2 years someone listened. Thank you Dr Baum !

I’ve heard a few scary or crazy situations when going through surgery but dr. Baum and staff made sure I was comfortable and got to the point. Next thing you know I was in and out without complications. I hope to see them again for my other abscesses. I would definitely highly recommend them

When I was 17 years I was in a serious motorcycle accident and I was air lifted to RCRMC. I suffered my right elbow broken in over 20 pieces, right femur broken completely in half, from the bottom of my right knee all through the bottom of my tibula broken in half longways, a fractured pelvis, broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Dr. Balm saved my life that day. Thanks to the surgery preformed Dr. Balm I'm now 33 recovered and enjoy a career in Law Enforcement for the last 11 years. Thanks Dr. Balm

I have had one appointment with Dr. Baum and he told me I will eventually need knee surgery but we can try the shots first. Which I put off because I was scared to get a shot in my knee but I did go 3 months later which was yesterday. I got the shot from the doctors PA whose name is (Nick) he was so personal and nice. He was excellent and I didn't feel a thing. All that anxiety for nothing. I just hope when I get to the surgery stage that Dr. Baum is the surgeon that the good reviews are sayi

I have had 2 knee replacements with Dr Baum and have referred him to a number of friends. We all gave the same opinion - he is kind, caring and efficient! His staff is as nice as can be! My first surgery was scheduled two weeks after my husband died suddenly and when Dr B heard this , he said we won't do anything for 6 months, you need time! I think some these reviews were from people who saw another doctor!

not satisfied over all treatment. Nurse had told me she will give the new X-ray cd, which i did not get . Dr. did not say anything about the pain and medication. He ordered physical therapy. I came home and call Dr. Baum office to check what he would say about the pain and x-ray cd. but operator said nurse is not available. I left message for about 2 hours did not receive the call back.

To complete my earlier review, I must add this: 1. How is it ethical or even acceptable to perform surgery on someone you have never laid eyes on before? 2. If, as it appears, you are so busy; why did you schedule my surgery anyway. Your practice would definitely be improved if you fired Megan. She is the most impersonal, unreliable, unethical medical professional I have ever been in contact with.[Which is funny, as she never answered her phone, nor returned calls to be contacted]!

Dr. Baum was good but his back office staff was horrible. I was supposed to receive injections in my knee but they kept putting me off. When I tried to get a hold of Dr. Baum, I was transferred to his office manager who then had the person who kept putting me off call me. This was after three months and seven phone calls to solve the issue. I finally gave up and never received the injection.
