Office refused to see me
Dr. Cash recently joined another practice. I was called the day prior to remind me of the appointment and advise me to bring my records, which Dr. Cash's old office was supposed to give me. They never did. I was advised to keep the appointment. I did call the old office and sent two email requests for said records. I never received a reply, but I kept the appointment as advised. THE OFFICE FLATLY REFUSED TO SEE ME WITHOUT MY RECORDS. I drove an hour and a half each way, and missed two hours of work. I was still on the fence about Dr. Cash, he always seemed to be in a rush, and dismissive of some of my complaints. The icing on the cake was that I was so upset about the way I was treated, I developed a migraine on my way home. Someone needs to re-read the Hippocratic Oath, especially the part about "First, do no harm"

HORRIBLE
I agree with all of the negative reviews! He is the absolute WORST doctor I have dealt with in my 43 years of my life! He has NO bedside manner. Not at all sympathetic, rude, thinks he is a know it all and often kicks patients out of his practice for FALSE reasons and I know this for a FACT. And as far as the front desk staff, they are as rude as they come! Stay far away from him and his entire practice!!! And you know it is bad when other doctors tell you that they no longer refer patients to him. Stay far away!

Dr. Cash is terrible. Why is he terrible? Good question! While sitting in the ER after just finding out my husband had a giant tumor in his intestine, Dr. Cash called my husband and told him he needed to come in to take a drug test. When my husband said "Doc, I'm in the ER, I just found out I have a tumor." his response was "well, you either need to come in today when you're done or tomorrow if you don't want to be discharged from the practice." How do I know this? I was sitting right there. When confronted about this, Dr. Cash lied and said he didn't know he was in the hospital. Of course, when pressed, we found out it really wouldn't have mattered one way or another if he did come in for the drug test. If you're looking for quality healthcare, he's not the one to provide it. I have so many more terrible things to say about Cash and his practice, but will conclude by saying don't walk, RUN away from this man and his practice.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I had to fill out several pages of paperwork. Dr Cash was over an hour late to the appointment then refused to treat me because it was a first time visit with him even tho I had a referral, MRIs, and several pages of medical history. He was very rude and makes patients with legitimate issues feel like they are drug seeking addicts. I would not recommend him to anyone and would give negative stars if I could.

Unhappy chronic pain sufferer – Feb 20, 2020

Dr. Cash is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to sit with me and listen to what is going on when I come for my appointment. I have been a patient of his for along time, I have had a complicated case and he has done everything to manage my pain. He guided me towards surgery and has been there for me after surgery guiding me thru my rehabilitation. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would be where I am today with recovery. I feel like I am getting my life back which I never thought would happen.

I was so nervous about the EMG test and all my fear went away as soon as I met Dr. Cash. His warm and caring demeanor calmed me down right away and the test went by without any pain . We talked through the entire process and it went by so quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Cash and so grateful he helped me through this experience.

I have gone to Dr Cash for couple of months. He is very caring he takes his time to explain everything to you. Never rushes me out the door,I have been trying to find the source of my pain for 2 years now,Dr Cash was able to find the cause of my pain in a few visits and an MRI.I am very happy with his care and bedside manner as some doctors may be good but having great bedside manner is important to me.Thanks Dr Cash for finding the cause of my pain!!

Cash changed since he moved to 4 Westchester Pk. Now I wait forever and again once shown into a room. This MD does not check his messages before he leaves for the day forcing me to call again the next day. His secretary often hangs up on me repeatedly and Cash knows this. If I have a bad reaction to a med he just started me on, I never hear back. Next day his secretary says,"We'll work it out next time you come in." So I suffer for 4 weeks! He never returned a call from my neurologist! Don't go

For anyone that suffers from migraines, cluster and tension headaches; Dr. Cash will know how to take care of your needs. It's been three years since I've been with Dr. Cash and now I'm living and working in Los Angeles and returning for follow-up migraine injections. Dr. Cash works with my insurance company to get me the appointments, procedures and medications that I need, the wait time is short, every other member of my medical team enjoys working with Dr. Cash.

Dissatisfied patient in New York – Nov 03, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Cash?
Dr. Cash saved me from a lifetime (last 5 years) of pain with a common sense approach to managing what was once unbearable pain. The doctor's soft spoken manner and friendliness put me at ease from the first visit. Always willing to listen to any question or suggestion makes visiting Dr. Cash a pleasure. Thank you Doctor for treating me with care and respect. If you've got any kind of pain ailment - spinal cord injury in my case - I'd highly recommend Dr. Cash for your specific need/care.

I had a horrible experience the girls at the front desk like to speak Spanish between patients I waited 45 min. Dr.Cash bedside manner is terrible he jokes about my multiple sclorosis because he is obviously uneducated about it and does not understand my nerve pain. I felt worse about myself leaving the office I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COCKY DOCTOR.
