I have been a patient of Dr. Tqn,'s for approximately 30 years and have never been dissatisfied with any visit or his care - I trust him completely. He has involved me with my care and care decisions. He is kind to both my husband and me regarding our health care. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Tan to others. Also. his staff has always been helpful and friendly. I have had only one issue in all these years and that was due to lab orders not reaching the lab; the situation was immediately resolved.

As part of initial visit, Dr. Tan gave me a digital rectal exam and he told me that he was out of the usual gel he normally used for the procedure and without me knowing it, he used a large amount of bio-freeze and placed it up my rectum. It burned me pretty good and he handed me a small paper towel and he told me to clean up. How i know it was bio-freeze is because I have used it before on my back to ease the pain at the location where i previously had a compressed fracture in my lumbar section of my back. Needless to say I never went back. Why do you suppose he did something like that?
