Nice NP! Nurses and Office intake Awful!
I have had this doctor for a few months now. I have never actually met Dr. Simonak. I have an NP that works in the office. They are aloof and the staff are rude and disengaged.

Love Love Love Dr Brady. He listens and is caring. I am completely comfortable with him. I really don't care for the front desk staff. Getting an appt is an ordeal as they are rude and condescending. Refused to let me get labs as it had only been 5 mo. I was starting new job and had new insurance. Couldn't take the time off once I started. So here I am with new meds since last year and no lab work to ensure proper dosage.

Brady and the entire office staff are very professional and friendly. I have been going to this clinic for 16 years. Brady listens and his nurse is great at helping when I need it.

We are getting a new pcp over bad staff
Doctors great! Staff terrible. ESPECIALLY referral coordinator. Slow! Doesn't pick up or return calls! Messed up referrals with no remorse. Both me and my wife's The MAs read labs incorrectly!

Dr. Brady Simonak is both personable and professional. I am very comfortable with him. However, some of the nurses could have a better attitude, know why you are there, and lose some weight! (They do not model good office practice or good health.)

Not very thorough. Just focused on my labwork and no actual physical exam. Nice person but not a good dr.
