I've been seeing Dr. Irwin for over two decades. She took a sebatical for two years which left me scrambling for someone as good. I did see a few others, but No one, No one compares to her. When I found out she was back, I was the first one at her office. She had a keen eye for who You are, and addresses your concerns with no pressure. She is conscious of cost, and uses it wisely. I'm thrilled she is back!

Dr. Irwin runs a cosmetology practice under the ersatz label of dermatology. Her goal is to turn a profit. She places herself on an anointed pedestal, and the patient at the nadir of some caste system. My scalp rash was exposed to one culture and two painful biopsies. Dr Irwin’s interpretive diagnosis was to use a shampoo her office sells. My scalp rash has tormented me for five months, and this diagnosis was ludicrous and astonishing. When I tried to ask a question, Dr. Irwin said, “I don’t have time to argue with you.” Is this the physician you want?

The treatment Dr. Irwin used caused hyperpigmentation. She did not take responsibility nor had she warned me of this potential result. After I discussed my worries, the staff then became unfriendly. They were very friendly when they accepted my thousands of dollars for laser treatment. There are a lot of other more caring dermatologists around who explain potential risks and I'm happy I found a great one after I stopped with Dr. Irwin.

I called to request an appointment for cosmetic and skin disease issue (history of skin cancer and scalp psoriasis) and learned I needed 2 office visits. I was fine with that so I asked for an appointment with Dr Iwing, when the receptionist said Dr was only available around November (it was June) and that the normal procedure was to see a RN first and only schedule an appointment with Dr Irwing in case of a cosmetic procedure. I was uncomfortable but scheduled an appointment with the RN as well
