Absolutely zero help for a concussion
Referred to Dr Brown because she was a ‘supposed’ concussion specialist. Saw her 3 times. No help. After the 3rd visit she said I don’t understand why you are not getting better. Take dmae and come back in 2-3 months! Useless! All she did was have me scale rate my symptoms on about 15 or so different types of concussion related symptoms. I’d giver her a ZERO rating if possible. So obviously I never went back. She just expected time to heal my concussion.

Accurate, professional plus gracious.
Dr. Brown and her team have many times called me in sooner from the cancelation list to be seen. They all work so hard to meet my health expectations and I am finally getting the best care for my new symptoms. I switched from Kaiser after 15 years and I can fully say Now I see what healthcare should be with the Providence system. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Brown and her whole team including the front desk.

Tried to diagnose the incorrect limb. After providing detailed information on the condition (e.g., attempts at PT, acupuncture, chiro, etc.) she chose to take no diagnostic efforts. Said she would recommend a different chiropractor, but did not. I went to another doctor and got action. This person just dismissed my pain and history with apathy.
