Dedicated, Empathetic, Staff also likes her
She is prepared, remembers nuances and will call me out when I haven't taken care of things as we agreed, which is good! She cares, she listens. Her style carries over to her staff and I am very pleased to call her my doctor. She or her staff respond to email and phone calls even in to touch base with other practitioners'. I truly feel a sense of dedication with Dr. Cooper.

While she may be brilliant her communication skills are lacking. She is rushed, provides one word answers to difficult questions and overall lacks any indication of empathy. If you want to understand your care plan and prognosis find another doctor.
