Good experience
She came highly recommended. She is very professional. Thank you Dr. B. I am feeling better. My blood pressure is controlled after many years of being treated elsewhere. I am off my diabetes medications because of her support and dedication. I am much healthier now than I was 10 years ago.

Should’ve listened to the patients instincts.
Since having Dr Lapkowski as my PCP my symptoms have become much worse. The result has been life altering and Dr Lapkowski encouraged that my illness was almost purely psychosomatic. Because of this mindset and not understanding how to advocate for myself i am in a difficult situation and I’m not blaming Lapkowski. But doing nothing while someone is suffering is an action and a choice. I think she is a wonderfully intelligent individual, but I also believe that she hindered me getting more concrete answers that may have helped me with my wellness journey.

Had to go to the ER after I visited this practice because they misdiagnosed a simple infection. Whenever I reach out, or my family reaches out to this practice..it is usually WEEKS until we get a reply IF WE GET A REPLY AT ALL They dont return your phone calls, for simple health advice. During a pandemic this is incredibly frustrating. I UNDERSTAND that we are in a pandemic, and wait times can be long, but do be simply IGNORED is unacceptable. FIND ANOTHER DOC

First appointment - She was clearly well skilled, listened to the important background medical history and I felt in good hands. Was initially a little hard to get a scheduled appointment due to corona virus pandemic, but once I got an appointment, there was no long wait. Hopefully this will be an effective and productive medical care relationship. I felt Dr. Lapkovsky was very supportive of my care given several complex and tricky health issues with an extensive history of complex medical problems over many years.

She is nice, compassionate, and takes the time to talk to you and explain things. Resourceful and knowledgeable as well. She does a thorough exams. Her staff is nice too. Highly recommend.
