This office charges $40 to send a pre authorization to your insurance that they don't even care enough to actually send. We paid out of pocket for our prescriptions for a MONTH when we have insurance. Switched doctors a couple times and they both had it authorized before we even got to the pharmacy.. for FREE! This office doesn't care about its patients. They care about robbing people of all their money when they pay for insurance to avoid this.

Amazing Doctor! Very professional and great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Boyett for anyone who needs family/general doctor --and what a great NP he has working with there, his name is Clay. I recommend seeing either provider.

Charged Mme about 15 to $20,000.00 total for bridges and PROMISED they will never come out and they came out within a month or less breaking a tooth and he glued it back in with the broke tooth and said that he is done with me. Had to file a complaint with dental board and never got a refund. HE IS A LIAR AND A CROOK AND DID MORE DAMAGE THAT COST ME MORE MONEY.
