Dr. Brent Parnell, MD

Dr. Parnell listened to all of my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and is just excellent at what he does. He repaired problems that I had been living with after childbirth, and I am so grateful!

I would recommend Dr Parnell to any one having female problems. He listens, and is kind and gentile. He did a major surgery on me and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have had numerous problems with my bladder since 2009. I have been to many doctors but did not get the help that I need. A nurse friend who knew my situation gave me the name of a doctor with his phone number. That happened to be Dr. Parnell. I called and he had an open appt. at just that time. Feb.27,2020 was my first visit. I found him to be so kind and friendly and he listened intently to me describe my pain and showed so much compassion. I felt so at ease talking with him and he made me feel that he truly cared and understood. He did a cystoscopy this date. I did see what that looked like and I must say that it really scared me. He had me to see a Urologist this same date. Within a few days I checked into Brookwood for surgery, scrape and resect. All went well for a while but eventually the pain and burning returned. I then decided to have the Axonics surgery on Dec.22, 2021. That has helped in many ways but by Jan.25, 2022 I was again in severe pain and burning with blood clots in urine. He tried other procedures but Surgery was my next option. Nov. 29, 2022 I had surgery to burn the Hunners ulcers that were in my bladder. I feel this has been the answer to my prayers. I have had no pain or burning and feel like the person I once was. (PTL) This review is lengthy but I am truly blessed to have Dr. Parnell as my doctor. I will never need to look for another. He did try several procedures but he never gave up on getting to my problem. I love the entire staff. They are friendly, very helpful and professional. Dr. Parnell is the best doctor ever and I loved that he prayed with me on each procedure. I highly recommend him 100%.

Spends time with the patient until he fully understands the problem. His goal is to fix the problem so the patient doesn’t have to continually make repeat visits.

Surgery went well. But still had issues after surgery. Had to go back into office for another procedure. When I continued to have issues and told Dr. Parnell he said I was "SENSITIVE" which should have never been said. When I first saw Dr. Parnell my bladder was at a stage 3 its been 15 months and it has already dropped to a stage 2. I still have issues from my surgery. Pain in places that should not be hurting. I thought that I had found someone who would help me instead he criticized me for having pain. I have recommended him to others with a warning on how the outcome might be. Not sure he helped at all.

Dr. Parnell is very calming and truly takes care of all my issues.

Great staff. Was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Caroline was super sweet and the young lady that did my bladder ultrasound was very kind. Dr Parnell was kind and listened to what I had to say and recommended treatment just for my condition. Would highly recommend this office to anyone needing help with his specialties.

As a person that never goes to the Dr., Dr. Parnell was so considerate, kind and knowledgeable of my condition. He explained everything in detail and I loved his bedside manner. I felt totally at ease and left his office knowing I had made the right decision in choosing him as my Dr. I would recommend him 100% to my friends and family!

Easy check in at home, arrived 15 minutes early and was called back before appointment time. Dr. Parnell came in within 10 minutes. Well organized office and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

He's the best. It listened to my concerns, put in motion to find more out, and prayed with me.

I was impressed from the minute I walked in his office. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. The lobby was smaller than normal which I loved! Dr. Parnell was right on time, he listened to me-very patiently, he didn't hurry me. He had solutions, actually a plan of action. I am so thankful I saw him.

Dr. Parnell is very competent and caring. He and his staff keep up with you to make sure everything is just right.

My 80 yr young mom sees Dr. Parnell and both he and his staff are Exceptional and always very caring and tender with her. When we call we get great response times and they are always willing to try to work you in for emergencies. If I ever need the services they off one day I’ll for sure be happy to call.
