Dr. Bret Spier, MD

Dr. Spier is absolutely wonderful! He’s incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to improving your health. He diagnosed me with my (previously) undiagnosed illness that had plagued me for years, and immediately started creating a well rounded treatment plan. He always believed me, even when certain tests looked normal. I always appreciate how he values my opinions, and takes that into consideration (ex. what medications/tests I think could be helpful/etc). He’s willing to refer to specialists when he thinks I can benefit from it, which I appreciate! He’s by far the BEST doctor at explaining what’s going on in your body! I always appreciate his little drawings! :) Extremely kind staff, and short wait times as well!

Dr. Spier couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful to my husband and me before and after my procedure. He explained what we were looking for and why, drew pictures of where he was going with the endoscope, answered all our questions and made sure we were both 7comfortable. After the procedures he explained in detail what he found and included pictures. He made this a very positive experience for us. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist.

Very unimpressed so far. Had two endoscopy procedures. He saw me briefly (like ...1-2 minutes) before each one, but couldn't be bothered to talk to me afterwards to discuss results. Since then, have been referred to him for further evaluation. Took 2 months to get an appointment. Appointment lasted under 10 minutes. He asked a few questions, never examined me, and scheduled some tests, which he didn't really explain. All communication since has been through the office and staff.

??I have had MANY procedures & appointments With Dr. Spier & NOT once have I been disappointed. He actually amazes me at the care & detailed attention he has given to me. He HEARD me when other drs didn't! And he figured out what my problem was & HE called to tell me...NOT his staff. I now have MANY drs & he is still one of my favorite! I would recommend him highly for his skills, knowledge, communication with his patients and his friendliness. He is the FULL package! ??

He was very kind and helpful to me when I was going through chemotherapy (and had a terrible GI reaction). Ongoing, his care has been thoughtful and excellent. He is open to new therapies and very responsive to questions.

this doctor is amazing he talks with you for literally 2 mins and then you're out !!!!!!!! No follow up, no concerns looking for another doctor very soon !

Seems like he is just trying get you out the door and isn't concerned with our health. Then never makes follow up appointment. It is great to wait two months to see your doctor when you are feeling horrible. I haven't had to jump through this many hoops see my doctor before and get help. Get ready to do most of the work yourself to improve.
