Doctor Coldiron is an amazing doctor.
Dr. Coldiron performed Mohs Surgery on my wife's forehead. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. He allowed me to stay in the room while my wife recieved her procedure. Doctor Coldiron went out of his way to ensure that the Melenoma would no longer be a factor in my wife's life.

Dr Brett Coldiron, Cincinnati Ohio, Mohs Surgery
My wife had malignant Melanoma. We were frightened. We had conflicting information on what to do. We made an appointment with Dr Brett Coldiron. The patience and compassion and respect that we experienced at the Cincinnati Skin Cancer Center was way beyond anything we had ever seen. Dr Coldiron was direct and honest about my wife's options. He took away our fear and explained the path forward clearly. He gave us the hope and courage to proceed. Also, his staff is a joy to deal with. Now that in itself is remarkable. Today my wife's tumor has been successfully removed and she is cancer free. Dr. Brett Coldiron is without a doubt, one of the best Mohs surgeons in the world. He is also the finest doctor I have ever met.

Great Doctor with a Personality
I had an appointment in three weeks but lost my job and was losing my insurance in three days. I had a fairly complex procedure and they worked me in two days. There customer service is incredible. Someone mentioned the waiting room being a little hectic. It was full of spouses that had to wait several hours for their other spouses procedures. My wife said they are going to have a one month reunion they all had so much fun together! The procedure, although not fun, went well.

Great Experience
I recently underwent MOHS procedure at Dr. Coldiron's office in Cincinnati upon recommendation of Dr. Lana Long's previous finding of melanoma. Dr. Coldiron was generous with his time explaining the surgery and the follow-up requirements. The surgery itself was performed by Dr. Michael Tassavor. MD who is being mentored by Dr. Coldiron during Fellowship. Dr. Tassavor demonstrated a remarkably skilled confidence working methodically and efficiently, while making sure I was comfortable and relaxed through appropriate light conversation. Dr. Coldiron inspected and approved the work except to add one or two additional nylon stitch(s). The procedure was on-time, quick and painless. Both Dr. Coldiron and Dr. Tassavor displayed great patient centered service, as did everyone in the office. They seem well paired in their mentor-mentee relationship and I would of course recommend them to anyone requiring this service. Thanks guys.

My first visit was so much more pleasant than I had anticipated. Kathy, the receptionist, was so helpful and friendly. I liked that Dr. Coldiron told me what surgical procedure he was going to do next. At the same time that he was serious, he had a great sense of humor. Dr. Turnock was so professional and also tole me what repair procedure was next. It was a nice personal touch for him to call me the next day after surgery. I appreciated that call. Judy in the Repair Room was absolutely the best person to be there. She was so caring yet professional during the bandaging. She too had a marvelous sense of humor. I had no pain at all and no side effects. I will certainly recommend this practice to family and friends. Kudos and thanks to the Skin Cancer Center.

I have had Mohs surgery yearly with Dr Brett Coldiron for the past 4 years. One Mohs was on my forehead and fairly large. Recently had Mohs on the top of my ear. I feel confident all cancer was removed. The scar on my forehead is hardly noticeable. Ear is healing well and looks good. I highly recommend Dr Coldiron.
