Dr. Dorfman is Professional and Knowledgeable
Amazing knowledge and explains complex medical ear interaction in a very understanding way. He provides honest feedback. I had surgery with Dr. Dorfman in 2017 and went back to his office due to the inability of a different ENT Dr. to diagnose me. Dr. Dorfman diagnosed me in minutes, instructed me on what to do and the follow-up appointment,ent went great. Dr. Dorfman is highly recommended by me.

Specific reasons for the 5 star ratings below: 1) The people in the office were the most professional, yet friendly and flexible I have ever seen 2) Dr. Dorfman said that he could increase my breathing through my nose by 90% - it's 99%..! 3) The hospital where my sinus surgery took place was the same, ultra clean and friendly 4) Dr Dorfman surgery scheduling lady answered all the questions we had every time we called 5) I have had a couple surgeries before this and this experience was best.

Dr. Dorfman was very generous with his time when it came to scheduling my surgery. It was outside his standard surgical days in order to accommodate my work schedule. The office staff was very friendly from check in to surgical scheduling. I would recommend this office to anyone,

Dr. Dorfman is the ONLY ENT I would ever take my children to. He has treated 3 out of the 5 of my children and is wonderful to work with! He is kind and gentle with the kids and makes them feel at ease, even though kids hate having their ears poked at.

Dr Dorfman is only concerned with how much money he can make from you. And his staff is very rude. AVOID Three points: 1. Had to wait for 35 min before seeing the doctor. Because he schedules appointments 20 minutes apart. 2. It was necessary for my daughter undergo two surgical procedures, which other physicians did not concur. (you would laugh) 3. He does not like to be questioned and will even try to shame you for it. And there's more... JUST LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PATIENT FIRST CARE!

Spent plenty of time explaining. Worked well with, and was very patient my son who has autism and needed to ask the same questions multiple times. Dr. Dorfman has performed surgery twice on our son with excellent outcomes each time.
