Rushed and Missed Obvious Diagnosis
Went into the ER with some concerning heart symptoms. Dr. Martin ran some bare minimum tests and showed no immediate concern for my health. I was released in less than an hour with nothing but a cardiologist appointment months away. Doc missed an obvious diagnosis that my PCP found during a routine check-up, confirmed by a simple blood test. Very disappointed by the quality of Dr. Martin's medical service, and I hope he tries listening to his patients next time instead of dismissing them without even checking the basics.

Run!
Dr Martin does not listen to his patients. He performed no physical exam. He is dismissive and condescending.

Where'd your stethoscope and pin light go, doc?
My ER attending on Jan 20. C/O neck injury with uncontrolled myoclonic (spastic) activity and uncontrolled hypertension crisis. Did NOT do a neuro assessment of any kind - including basic pupil checks or removing my facemask and checking for facial symmetry. Did NOT perform a stethoscope exam on me. Did not address my symptoms or complaints of chest pain. I was given flexion/extension x-rays and when I was returned to my room I was discharged by a nurse who didn't know how to apply an Aspen collar and I was discharged. This physician never even returned to my room to follow up his findings. Total embarrassment to doctors in emergency medicine who are trying to keep their heads above water, guys like this costs ERs needless repeat visits to get the care they deserve at their worst moments. Doctors like this cost the public thousands of unnecessary dollars with their apathy. I am an RN with 25 years of experience in healthcare, including ICU & ER/Urgent Care medicine - he is dangerous
