I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rankin and everyone at Family ENT! Dr. Rankin was incredibly helpful during a very stressful series of medical events that I had. He took the time to listen, answer questions, and made me feel very comfortable each time I was treated. My surgery was successful and the recovery was easier than expected. The staff at Family ENT was always kind and helpful. I am very grateful and will definitely be recommending Dr. Rankin to anyone who needs an ENT!

Fantastic MD
Dr Rankin is very kind, personable and professional. You will never feel rushed or not heard. I do not recommend many physicians wholeheartedly but he is an exception. He provides very knowledgeable, skillful medical care.

Dr. Rankin is amazing. He has seen both of our young kids and he is a total pro. Extremely easy to talk to and great with the children. You’d think he specialized in pediatrics. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brett Rankin consulted and performed a sinus polyp removal surgery in less than 90 days for me. Pain-free, complication-free, and breathing fantastic! Very friendly and professional doctor. Highly recommended for anyone in need of chronic sinusitis treatment

This office is a well-oiled machine. Trish (I think that’s her name) was very efficient in scheduling and following up. Met with Dr. Rankin a couple months ago. He is so nice, down to earth and helpful. I’ve called the office a couple of times and get calls back quickly and they always consult with dr rankin.

this provider is not a skilled dr. but a actor and faced with a human life that is in danger he will drop ball if not an easy fix and he can have simple visit and biopsy he can do harm by misdiagnosis. and his bedside manor ..fake.. if you are ill look for a good Dr. to move on in life.

In August my daughter had a myringotomy / adenoidectomy. No one called to check on her after the procedure despite Dr Rankin's promise that they would follow up next day. The following week I called to schedule a post-op appt and expressed my aggravation. Nurse was very rude, said "sometimes we just don't get to it." She also scheduled our post-op which we went to, and were told that there was no appt. scheduled for us that day and we would need to come back. Changed doctors. Do not recommend.

My three year old son had a scheduled appointment for a hearing test. I arrived literally 4 mins late and they would not see me. I was required to reschedule when the audiologist, not seeing a patient and they were not willing to accommodate the appointment. The staff was rude and not friendly at all. I will never go back.

Doctor is consistently excellent; however, of my three visits I have had some kind of medical or administrative complication and I give the administrative staff a zero out of ten in being helpful and trying to solve the problems.

I mentioned to someone in a medical office that I needed an ENT, and she recommended Dr. Rankin. She said, If he had a fan club, I would be the president. Now I know what she means. He got me to the point where I had only one or two yearly sinus infections, and we were even managing my facial migraines. However, in December he determined that surgery would definitely benefit me. I had that 2 days ago and already I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Rankin. You're my hero! :)
