Awesome! The entire staff is easy to talk to.
Definitely would recommend if you need a ent procedure. I didn't feel a thing. Great doctor and staff. It's been awhile since I've encountered a well rounded team. Great job everyone!!!

Not Available for ENT Sick Visits
Dr. Boone performed a balloon sinuplasty on me. Afterwards, I had a sinus infection. He would not see me and made me go through their clinic, and the physician I saw did not know I was already a patient at the practice. I now have an inner ear infection with severe vertigo and Dr. Boone not only same day, he refused to see less than thirty days out. Do not recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Boone for a few years. We have found his ability to find the problem quite good. He listens and responds. I am so glad he is in Sumter.

He really does not listen to me. He is kinda lazy and, doesn't seem to care. He was irritated with my mother. I do not appreciate his work.

Disappointing
He didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Brushed me off. Was aggravated with my son. Seemed impatient. I had to go see a different doctor an hour away to get someone that seemed to actually care about what I was saying.
