Discharged sick patient for no reason
Discharged my very ill grandfather because he "heard we may be switching providers." Rather than consulting the patient or his family, he discharged him and has left him high and dry without a primary care provider in a serious time of need. He has been difficult to work with for YEARS and this is the last straw.

Dr. Cady has been my Doctor for years. He has a wonderful bedside manor, listens to your concerns and cares about you. He does not hesitate to order tests when appreciate or refer to a specialist. In my many years of dealing with Doctors and Specialists, Dr. Cady is at the very top of of list. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Do Not Send a Loved One To Dr Cady. Dr Cady has too many patients so not enough time to care. He says “Call us if you need anything “ but when you call for help he doesn’t return calls in a timely manner or not at all. My 89 year old mother was told by the on-call physician to be evaluated in the ER, & ER looked for most obvious urgent concerns, tests were negative & we were told to follow up with Dr Cady. In AM DrCady was notified. No return call that day so my Mother called next morning and was very upset. She stated Dr Cady should have returned her call the day before and asked if she needed to have another Dr see her. The follow up was a call from a staff member telling my elderly mother that her future appointments were cancelled, she was no longer a patient, & could find another Dr. My mother was not given the courtesy of a call from Dr Cady who knew this was 7 days after my father had passed away. Very heartless and cruel treatment by a so-called Medical Professional

I am shocked at how he went from what my wife and I thought was an excellant Dr and person to someone to seems to not care anymore. My wife was told by him she has sciatica. He gave her pain pills for 5 days and told her to call in the 4th day if the pain continued. It did so she called and was told he would call back. He didn't. Same thing on 5th day and then the weekend came. Called again on Monday and no return call. Three more days have passed with no return call

Very poor. He no longer cares. Service is terrible. Hard to make appointments, can’t get test results timely, can’t get return calls. Wasn’t always like this. He must want to retire.

Horrible doctor. First year was ok. However we didn't need anything that year other than a check up. If you are sick he can't get you in. Always need to go to an Urgent Care facility. If you call and want to speak to him, tough luck. He does not call his patients. Instead he has a receptionist call you. However they said they phoned and left messages about prescription changes and they had not. My medical issues went unchanged for 6 or more weeks due to lack of interest in their patient. My opinion he just wants to do a check up and send you on your way. Three of us in our family have left this practice. Office staff is just as bad. Not friendly at all. Maybe due to who they work for. Sam the office manager is a smart alec. I have now heard from several others who have left this practice in the last year and all had the same horrible care. Beware!! Wish my old doctor had no retired. He was a wonderful human being. Wish I could give Dr. Cady "0" stars.

Dr Cady does not like elderly patients and treats them rudely. If you are older than 50 don't bother with him, go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.

Asking this doctor to do something simple for an aging patient is like pulling teeth, one excuse after the other. Because of him one of his patients lost her disability and now has no income, all he needed to do was fill out a simple form

works with the patient (me) to get down to the actual cause of whatever is causing the the symptoms. I've been with him for going on 20 years, and I will continue to work with him from here on out. I m very happy with him as my doctor.
