Dr. Brian Chon, MD

I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I went through great efforts to take my elderly parent with mobility problems and the doctor refused to see him. We arrived right on time for our appointment and the first thing we were asked for was a credit card number, which I found strange but agreed to provide. Unfortunately, he did not have a photo ID as he is disabled and no longer able to drive, but we had other forms of proof and valid insurance, that we pre-checked would be accepted. They tried to ask for a passport. I begged and said the minute I got home I would immediately send a photo of his passport, but they refused. Considering the circumstances and difficulty to get to the appointment, they should be ashamed. They clearly refused to treat him based on his appearance. The doctor has a complete disregard for human dignity and is clearly monetarily focused. location 244 Westchester Ave.

Went to Dr. Chon in 2022 for a stye removal. He did an amazing procedure, talked me through it the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. He was a great doctor and was extremely kind and profession. 100% recommend.

You are in good hands with Dr Chon. I have had a number of surgeries on my injured eye having to do with my eyelid closure. This last surgery with Dr Chon is the best result so far. A lot of medical knowhow and an amount of artistic sensibility has made for a good result.

Dr. Chon performed a complex blepharoplasty requiring grafting. The results were astounding. He has an excellent bedside manner, answers questions thoroughly and brought me in right away when I came in for my office visits. I feel grateful to have found this skillful surgeon. I highly recommend him. I interviewed multiple surgeons and had no reservations about him performing my surgery.

I had a procedure done with doctor Chon ( removal of cyst on my right lower eyelid ), I was very nervous but Doctor Chon made me feel at ease. He also answered all questions and doubts I had before the procedure began. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly he made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Chon was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind during my visit! During my appointment, he took time to address each of my questions/concerns and made sure to include my input when deciding on the best plan of action. Part of the appointment included an incision and drainage, and he made sure to talk through each step of the procedure with me to help me feel more comfortable. I especially liked how his office utilizes an online system/portal - it provided me a copy of my appointment summary and gave me a chance to e-mail Dr. Chon in case I had any follow-up questions. He made sure to check in with me regarding how my incision was healing after my appointment as well, which I really appreciated.
