Knowledgable , Caring and Outstanding Surgeon
Dr Dierckman recently did my full knee replacement after years of suffering , cortisone shots , and limited mobility. He listens and is truly a natural motivator. His staff is professional ,dedicated and caring. They answer all your questions and respond quickly after hours. Easy to make appointments with the multiple locations and facility is well designed with minimal wait for appointments. I put off this surgery for years and I couldn’t be happier with my surgeon selection. If your in need of a knee , hip or other joint replacement then please reach out to Dr Dierckman. Im also rehabbing at Empower with Nicky and she and the entire staff there are amazing too. The Elite Team truly wants you to have quality of life and great outcomes. Thank you , Dr Dierckman & staff.

PA is good, billing department is a mess.
In October 2023 I met with Taylor Moore, the PA for Dr. Dierckman, and was pleased with the consultation. She was thorough and took the time to answer questions, and gave good advice. Their billing department is a whole other story. When we checked in for the appointment, we were told they were in-network with Humana, and we paid the standard copay. But then we received a bill for an additional amount, which my wife paid prematurely by mistake. We learned the reason is because Humana was saying they are not in-network. For 3-4 months we were caught between finger pointing of Humana and Elite Sports, until I finally asked Elite to refund the overpayment and call Humana directly to resolve the situation. At first they refused, practice manager Marilyn Hewitt promised to have a refund issued, although she said they could only do it by check and it would take 4-6 weeks to process. Well, it's now been 7 weeks and no check issued or called returned by Marilyn. Promise not kept.

Best Doctor Ever
He is the best ortho I’ve ever had the privilege of seeing and I’ve had multiple surgeries on my knees. He takes the time to talk to you, explains the issues using your x-rays or other testing - he shows you the films and points everything out - which no doctor has ever done for me. He has compassion and really cares for you, and he has a great “bedside” manner. After the past experiences I’ve had it’s hard to trust but he changed that for me and I trust him explicitly. His staff is just as awesome as he is. They always treat you with respect and care, they always have a smile for you and they do everything they can to help you in any way that you may need. The only downside is that he can’t be my doctor for everything!

Best surgical team!!
I am a seasoned surgical orthopedic registered nurse with a very complicated medical history including but not limited to anesthesia complications, genetic pain control challenges, connective tissue disorder and type I diabetes. To say the least I’m a special case. He listened and formed a plan with me based on what did and did not work in the past. His nurse practitioner was very caring and compassionate. Every promise she made happened correctly and quickly with a phone call to notify me of completion. I’ve never had surgery(2 of 14) go so smoothly.

Dr Dierckman was summoned on an emergency basis this past February 2020 when I developed arthritic sepsis in my right knee post L4/L5 spinal fusion. I consider him my hero for saving my leg. He is truly one of the most kind, considerate, thorough, compassionate, yet humble doctors I’ve ever met. How fortunate for me that my neurosurgeon sent Dr Dierckmam to rescue me from eminent danger.

Dr. Dierckman and his staff have been wonderful through the course of my knee recovery. I tore my meniscus and every ligament in my knee, and he repaired everything expertly! I felt comfortable talking with him and his staff about the plan, and any questions I had were well explained and not rushed. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a complicated knee repair!

This review is long overdue, but if you're experiencing hip pain, pay a visit to Dr. Dierckman. He's an excellent surgeon. He performed arthroscopic hip surgery on me in 2018 in Los Angeles. I had hip surgery as a teen, and afterwards, spent many years in pain with multiple doctors ignoring me. Dr. Dierckman listened, took the appropriate steps, and determined I had FAI and a labral tear. He explained the surgery, post-op outcomes, expected goals, etc. Thank you so much, Dr. Dierckman. You're the best!

Dr. Dierkman and his office staff were a Godsend to me. I had surgery from another physician and had pain for a year, debilitating pain. From the moment I met Dr. Dierkman he said, “I know what is wrong with you.”I was so shocked. I had lost hope. Within one visit and surgery to correct the reason I had been in pain, let’s just say, I am a different person! I can walk, my pain is sooooo much better. This man CARES and I thank God that I found him.

When I first met Dr. Brian Dierckman in early May 2020, I was hurting and limping with the help of an upside down putter. He completed a complete left hip joint replacement two weeks later. I was able to walk literally hours after surgery and went home that evening. Today, a little over three week later, I am walking normally, climbing stairs, riding a bicycle and building strength back in my left leg. My surgery was not without some challenges; however, Dr. Dierckman was able to deal with them quickly and easily making the procedure a complete success. Dr. Dieckman is extremely knowledgeable, very talented and loves what he does. His manner is that of a good friend, he is very easy to talk to and did a great job of preparing me for surgery and debriefing me afterwards. His nurse Helen was also outstanding and provided excellent support when I had questions after surgery. My sincere thanks to Dr. Dierckman, his practice and Elite Sports Medicine And Orthopedics.

Dr. Brian Dierckman did full knee replacement for me almost a month ago and the scar looks like a plastic surgeon stiched me back up. He’s not only a good surgeon, he is also very personable and took the time to answer all my questions pre and post-op. The staff is very friendly and Helen Cramer his clinical assistant is always very helpful and prompt. Kudo’s to a truly Elite Team!!!

Dr. Dierkman gave me my life back! Amazing doctor, surgeon and man! I had a full hip replacement. The doctor gave accurate pre-op information and expectations. The surgery went very smoothly. The Dierkman office was very helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. My results were nothing short of miraculous! Friends and family were shocked at how well I went through this surgical period. I give Dr. Dierkman all the credit! I have friends that have had this surgery from other doctors in town and my experience and results were simply superior. I did a lot of research and interviewing of surgeons and Dr. Dierkman was my pick. He was right pick for me. He took the time every step of the way. He answered every question and was happy to explain in full detail how the process of a full hip replacement would go. His performance was above my expectations.

Office is very well run with friendly and professional staff, and very minimal wait times. Appreciated virtual waiting room. I highly recommend!!
