Total Hip Replacement at ate 60
Dr. Dilworth spent time talking with me about options for my very painful arthritic hip. I opted for replacement with the anterior approach. I was amazed at how quick my recovery time was. I was about diligent doing physical therapy and was back to walking pain free within 3 months. I was able to walk many miles per day on a trip to Europe 6 months after surgery. Thank you, Dr. Dilworth!

Excellent surgeon!
Dr. Dilworth is straight forward. If you need a replacement, there are 2 choices. Deal with it or fix it. I like that about him. No sugar coating. He's an excellent surgeon. I had a total knee replacement in March 2022, then a total hip replacement in September 2022. Both turned out amazing. I'm so thankful to be pain free. He is very respected throughout his field. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thanks Doc, for all you do.

I'm 43 and Dr. Dilworth replaced my hip April 2021. I met with him once before the surgery. He was patient and calm and answered all of my questions. I can honestly say that after our meeting I wasn't nervous about the operation. The surgery went great (thank God), and I have had a very speedy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Dilworth to anyone considering a joint replacement surgery.
