Dix delivered 2 of my kids. First experience with him was great. After the second time around (2nd baby) it was not so great. Was rushed at appts, and he seemed kind of rude. I had issues getting through to nurses also. I went back with baby 3 and was refused to be seen after being told by Medicaid they can’t refuse to see me as I needed a due date for Medicaid. I explained I’m a high risk pregnancy also. I also told them my last period wasn’t a regular one so I’m not sure if I can count that one. They gave me a due date based off my last period vs doing an ultrasound. I ended up making an appt in Opelika. I refuse to use Dix office at all. His entire front staff was rude. The lady at the front desk especially.
