Dr. Brian Donohoe, MD

I only had to wait a week for an appointment. He saw me without a wait in a very clean, pleasant office- he ordered an urgent MRI, which I scheduled the next morning ( Go UCLA!!) and he then video called me about treatment options that day! In 36 hours, I had an initial visit, an MRI and a treatment plan! He then followed up to make sure I had an appointment with orthopedics promptly- the next week. So pleased I picked UCLA for my care- and so lucky to have found Dr. D

Dr. Donohoe is simply a great doctor. Your never rushed and he provides complete and thorough explanations of your condition in a way you can understand. His treatment options are on point too. Can't recommend him enough.

I feel that he's an empathetic and caring doctor that really wants to help his patients. He takes the time to listen to how I feel, without trying to rush me through it. I never feel rushed or dismissed.He has been very on top of my treatment from symptom relief to conducting imaging and referrals as needed. He is thorough and on top of things. He also very responsive. He takes the time to respond.I feel that he is the best doctor of any speciality that I've had.The front office is also nice as well.

Dr. Donohoe made me feel at ease and has great bedside manner. He explained all my issues clearly and did not immediately say that surgery was required. In fact surgery was only discussed when I brought it up. Trying PT, and other non invasive options. I will continue to use him and recommend him for all my orthopedic needs!

Dr. Donohoe is a great communicator and takes the time to explain your injury and its treatment. Much recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Donohoe for almost 6 months now after a hip injury. I was told by another doctor that I would need surgery and was NOT happy about it. Dr. Donohoe was so great about explaining my injury to me clearly, helping me to understand what all my treatment options were, and listening to my concerns. I ultimately decided to try an injection first, and am happy to say that I’ve been back to my normal self ever since! I saw Dr. Donohoe for shoulder pain that I’ve lived with for many years. He performed a non-invasive procedure called tenotomy for my rotator cuff and my pain has completely gone away after two months!
