I believe Dr. Dulin to be a very intelligent and caring doctor. Very knowledgeable and kind but he talks very fast, sometimes hard to keep up with. Very pleased with his staff also.

I know the Dr is busy and I appreciate the fact he takes the time to deal with each patient, but the time between appt time and actual consult was almost 45 min. I also felt he didn't answer 1 or 2 of my questions as completely as I wanted. On the other hand, he is very personable and knowledgeable and obviously concerned with each patient.
