Dr Gelbman is patient, thorough and knowledgeable. In the crunch of the holidays, he and his staff ordered important tests I needed. He contacted me with results and showed great care, taking time to answer all my questions. I recommend him in the highest terms!

Dr. Gelbman treated me after I survived pulmonary embolisms. I was most favorably impressed with his knowledge, his explanations, his advise for measures to prevent recurrences, and his close co-ordination with my cardiologist (who had referred me to him.) I felt my recovery was in good hands whenever I visited Dr. Gelbman, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a pulmonologist.

Excellent, straightforward and honest interactions with me so I know what he knows and what he doesn't know and why he wants to do more--tests or medications or procedures. Pleasant "bedside manner" sets the right tone for the discussions needed. Always available always responsive on short notice resolving fears, real and just scary. I like Dr. Gelbman for those reasons and because he's accessible as a person not just a doctor. I feel like he's treating me, not a specimen. Jim Kagen

The last time II saw Dr. Brian Gelbman was a short while ago, and I was very pleased. He was thorough, and very professional as well as friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gelbman to my family and friends. And by the way, I also see his wife who is a Cardiologist at the same hospital. I am also very pleased with her care.
