I had severe reaction to a steriod injection. I called his office and told them about it and they said the shot did not cause that, and even though I asked for him to call me he never did. I contacted the main office in Springfield and finally got a call from the manager. I have been suffering from peripheral neuropathy even since the injection. My nerves are now severely inflammed and that was two and a half years ago. It was probably the preservative in either the local or the steriod local itself. Dr. Goodman told me there was no danger in getting a shot into the sacral joint. Wrong! I have burning pain now 24/7.

I had an injection in my neck & was left w/ more pain than I'd had before. The pain was so excruciating it made me throw up. I was scheduled for another injection in my back. Hesistant to do it again I decided to since it was in a different spot. I showed up to my appt & they told me that my insurance hadn't authorized the procedure yet. They didn't try to get authorization until just the day prior. They should've done this a week in advance or at least had the courtesy to call me before I came.

Do Not Use for ESI (Epidural Steroid Injection) as he Punctured my Sister’s Dura Sac and didn’t tell her. She has suffered greatly and spent 5 days in the hospital

Pleasant enough but services offered very limited. Didn’t seem too concerned about the amount of pain I incurred during my epidural injection. After 3 injections over a 6 month period, nothing else really to offer except all the other treatments I had already received over the past 3-4 years. I was not impressed with his nurse practitioner! Young and not very knowledgeable! I am in the medical field myself and will go to Tulsa for further treatment options.

I have received two facet rhizotomy's over the last year. First time I only received local injections to minimize the pain. It was not enough and I experienced sever pain. The second time in our preop visit I requested conscious sedation with the local injections for pain. The day of the procedure I did get an IV started but IF they gave me any meds through it, it was not enough to notice. I have had conscious sedation meds administered a few times in my life and know how it feels. NOT HAPPY!!!
