I have COPD and a low level of oxygen at night which causes me to have extremely bad headaches during the day. The staff does not return phone calls and he will not supply me with some oxygen to help me sleep to avoid this headaches. Seeking a new pulmonologist

Dr Gross is lethargic and does not make eye contact with patients. He spent most of his time, about 20 min.) typing patient history on the computer as I sat there in silence, answerng a few questions. He did not talk about the results of a CT scan, which was the reason I was there. He has no communicaton, social or bedside skills. Now I will need to find another pulmonologist to discuss the test results. Waste of time and money. I have never been to more uninterested and poor doctor.
