A fabulous surgeon. I can’t tell you how afraid I was to be in the ER, where I had no saying on what surgeon I wanted. I’ve had too many “ya hoo” surgeons operate on me leaving huge ugly painful scores or even worse never corrected the problem! God was watching me that day because I was given Dr. Grubbs! He was outstanding, especially that my case was one of a kind…and he figured it out!!! Thanks doc…now I NEED you again…but the secret is out and you are all booked solid with others. DR. Grubbs is the best! He definitely listened to every one of my questions about my surgery. He told me how the surgery was going to be performed and what to expect post surgery. Dr. Grubbs did a great job of explaining what the problem was and how to fix it. He did a perfect repair job on my double hernia, listened to my concerns and explained the pros and cons of the repair and the possible problems, none of which showed up. I'd recommend him to anyone without reservation. He's an excellent physician and human being.

He works with my adult special needs son due to a fistula/wound that will not heal. He has been working with us since July 2019. I can honestly say I trust him completely with my son. He takes the time needed to keep my son safe. He believes in a team approach which is super important with someone with high medical needs. You can tell that this is more than just a job/career to him, he truly loves what he does and he cares for his patients and it truly shows. 20 stars for sure.

He is amazing ,i knew with him i was well taken care of,he helps you understand what your issues are helps you understand what the best care is needed,he makes you feel safe an that he really cares about you! I will always go to him for any medical issues! I've told all my friends an family if they need medical treatment he's the one!! I will never be able to thank him enough for what he's done for me!

He performed my gall bladder surgery in 2011. He is genuinely interested in his patients, taking all the time necessary to talk with patients. Nurses in the hospital told me he was a favorite surgeon among patients and staff. Four years later, I was in the hospital on a different issue, anxiously waiting test results. Dr. Grubbs, though not my assigned surgeon, took the time to come to my room when my own medical team had not shown up, telling me what he generally knew about what I might expect
