Worst experience! Took my child in to the express care because my son was having complications due to strep. He informed me several times I should not have brought him there, and continued to badger me about why I brought him in. He told me he was unable to do anything! He wouldn’t even look my son over or check his tonsils. He was not caring or helpful, more demeaning and argumentative!

I have taken both of my children to Dr. Herrbold since they were born (they are now 5 and 6). He has been an amazing doctor and they love both just love him. He makes sure he talks to them and interacts with them to make them comfortable and explains to them what he is doing. He also explains everything to me to make sure I understand what is going on. We have no complaints about him at all.

He is not friendly and I would take my kids back to see him ever!!!! He show no signs of he cares at all and you tell him your concerns and he just ignores what you are saying.... When my baby was sick I told him and he refused to listen we saw everyday that week and he sent us home and then on the Friday I had see the np in the office and she said my 2 month old had phemionia and we were in the hospital for 4 days... Her oxygen levels where so low... I have to say that we haven't went back
