Dr. Brian Ju, MD

This doctor saw me while I was a patient in an in-network hospital. Of course he happened to be an out of network provider, but I had no option to select my doctor. I had already hit the out of pocket maximum for my insurance when I was being treated at the hospital. He was paid from my insurance but then billed me for the remaining balance. My insurance has already gone through and revised how much they originally paid him and gave him more money with the condition that he was not to send me another bill for the remaining balance. Guess what he did. My insurance is reprocessing the claim a second time now but I'll bet I will receive another bill after this goes through. Balance billing is not legal in 2022 but this stay happened in 2021. I think it says a lot about the doctor to continually harass me for a less than practice. I would never recommend anyone to see him or go to this practice.

I met Dr. Ju in ER after being diagnosed with acute appendicitis. His bed side manner is amazing. He did a wonderful job with my surgery, and my after care. I wish he was a PCP I would definitely change to him.

I took my elderly mother in to see him and he was fabulous with her! He is kind, caring and an excellent surgeon! His office staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Ju to anyone needing surgical care.

I recently had surgery performed by Dr Ju. The entire staff and Dr Ju were absolutely incredible. They answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure. What a professional TEAM. I couldn't have found anyone better. Thank you so much......

I went to the ER with extreme abdominal pain in the middle of the night. After a CT and a surgical consult, it was determined I needed to have my gallbladder removed. I was quite surprised and a little nervous. Dr. Brian Ju was the surgeon on call. He met with my wife and I and couldn’t have been nicer or more reassuring. He took the time to answer every question we had and made sure I was as comfortable and informed as possible. The surgery went great, and the follow-up appointment was equally informative and friendly. Dr. Ju is an adept surgeon (and quite funny!) and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Additionally, his PA is equally friendly and very knowledgeable. He has been with Dr. Ju for many years (I believe he said 12+), and even insists Dr. Ju perform surgery on him and his family when needed…quite a testament!

I have had 2 surguries by Dr. Ju, gallbladder removal & a small fatty tissue tumor in my lower back. Both we're successful with no complications. Dr. Ju is not only highly skilled as a surgeon, but he is also very personal & compassionate.

Dr. Brian Ju was my surgeon for the removal of my gall bladder 2 weeks ago. He is the most phenomenal and adept surgeon I’ve ever experienced. He even coordinated with the anesthesiologists to ensure that the anesthesia had anti-nausea elements because of my history with nausea! It worked beautifully! Dr. Ju is extremely personable, kind, and caring, as is his staff. I give him the highest recommendations possible!!

Really trust this Dr. Ju. I aim glad I had him to emergency surgery on me and to put things back to normal.

I was fortunate have Dr. Ju for two surgeries. He was an excellent surgeon for one, and his bed side manor was outstanding. I felt very confident with Dr. Ju and his staff. If I were to have any procedures or surgeries done in the future, I would schedule them with Dr. Ju and the excellent staff at Surgical Professionals Inc. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I got a better check up from my primary care doctor than I did from this place. The doctor didn't even show up until 25 mins after my follow up appointment started and I was seen by his student who kept saying she didn't know she could check with the doctor but that never happened. When he finally showed up he spoke to me for maybe 2 minutes and left. Basically after they got their money from me doing the surgery with them they didn't care. Also, good luck getting a reimburs
