Dr. Brian Machler, MD

Made an appt the day before for 12:45 pm. I confirmed this on phone as I knew I had another appt at 2:30pm. I arrive on time and two other patients with later appts are taken before me. I question the receptionist. She tells me my appt is in two hours at 2:450m. I asked her she was going to let me sit there for two hours?!!! She said she thought I was early!!! Seriously? How about when I arrived she says, oh Mrs Price your appt is not for two hours!!!do you know of a sole that would wait 2 hrs in an empty waiting room for two hours when they assume they arrived on time?!!! I and my family were patients there in the past and we know longer will be. Not to mention all the times in the past I’ve waited so long in the exam room that paint would dry faster. Lol! Receptionist, I think Angelica or something said it was not her fault! I mean do most people make a practice of showing up two hours early and the incompetent staff says nothing!!!

Very professional and organized from Staff to Doctor. They took me in early and Doctor saw me right away.Extremely thorough! Strongly recommend!

Dr Machler is a very professional and caring Dermatologist. He spent 1 year helping me to solve a skin condition that 3 other dermatologists attributed to old age or autoimmune that was not curable. The staff are very pleasant and appointments are efficient and on time.

Dr. Machler was not upfront about the results of a cosmetic procedure I was having done in his office. When the procedure was not effective, it was only AFTER it took place that he told me sometimes it doesn't work. Had he told me before I would not have paid to have it done. He's not a forthcoming or honest provider, choose a doctor who will be upfront with you rather than someone who withholds important info until after he's taken your money.

Dr. Brian Machler, MD has been treating me for dermatology concerns over the past year. By far he stands out in his effort to diagnose and treat ailment at its source. I had ongoing issues that were not resolved until he started treating me. He, as well as the office staff, is very meticulous, professional and not to be undervalued - approachable and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend the Center for Dermatology.

My favorite doctor - clearly top of his field, with such accurate assessments and updated knowledge on best treatments, and takes time to explain. I've tried different dermatologist and allergists and came back to him even though he was out of network for me because he's just that good.

Dr. Machler is the only i trust with my daughter..when my daughter Jenessa was in treatment for Leukemia when she was 2 1/2 years old she developed a serious rash that covered her hands and body. Dr Kam, my daughters oncologist studied with Dr Machler, Had never seen the rash and told me to bring her to him. Dr Machler diagnosed my daughters condition and treated her properly with antibiotics and the rash was gone. He also studied on the rash which I cannot remember the name, and Found that most patients with Leukemia develop this rash. We also have seen Doctor Machler throughout the years to monitor my daughters birth marks That we have to keep a close eye on because of her two and half year chemotherapy protocol. I thank you Doctor Machler. For your kind heart. The love you’ve shown my Daughter and my family every time we visit. I sleep well at night knowing my daughter is in the very best hands.God bless you Dr Machler. See you soon

The best by far that I have used. I have recommended Dr. Machler to many people. Dr. Machler is such a good doctor and genuinely cares for his patients. The staff is great as well and efficiently manages a high quality practice.

How shocking to see a 1 star review.. I had written a review the day I saw Dr Machler but somehow it didn’t post. This Dr is thorough, thoughtful and one of the most compassionate men I have ever met. I have suffered with severe eczema for 55 years and have seen hundreds of dermatologists and not one ever suggested the very specific allergy testing that Dr Machler does. To my shock I was allergic to over 18 substances that I used on a regular basis. This Dr called me after hours to see how I was doing. His staff is phenomenal and could not have been nicer. So to the person who gave a one star review, I believe that the problem may lie within you.. I have seen hundreds of dermatologists and honestly this is one of the most dedicated Drs I have ever encountered!!! If anyone would like information please feel free to reach out to me!!!

Great staff but the star of the show is Dr. Machler. He’s a true diagnostician with a great sense of humor. Hard to find doctors like him who are thoughtful and willing to spend the time problem solving.

I have already recommended Dr. Machler to several of my friends. I have been seeing him for several years. I find him to be very professional, caring and a great doctor and surgeon. I highly recommend him. ????

Before making an appointment as a new patient, I researched area dermatologists to find someone exceptional. I was not disappointed today. Dr. Machler was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. It was a pleasure to work with his staff. My expectations were exceeded.

Dr. Machler and his PA Lauren Vitolo have treated my family from acne to skin cancers. When we recently had an emergency we were able to get in and treated and they were wonderful! We are extremely happy with them!

My family has been seeing Dr. Machler for over 20 years now. He treats everything from my teenagers acne, catching my melonoma early, to botox. Arguably one of the brightest physicians I see across any specialist, he also takes the time to consider our ENTIRE health when treating ailments with our skin. His follow-up is not only timely, but you can hear the genuine concern in his voice when he asks how we are. Couple that with boundless energy and genuine passion for the profession. Thomas

Great first visit with Dr Machler who was recommended by a friend. He related very well with my teenage daughter, spent time understanding the history and made specific recommendations to care for her skin besides the medication prescribed.

Dr. Machler is one of the most caring and competent physicians you will ever meet. His empathy is unparalleled. His office is efficient and a testament to his professional influence. He treats everyone as a VIP and takes interest not only in his specialty, but your whole well being. I read with disgust the below post by Dan S on July 8, 2017 who apparently still has a case of jock itch probably because he was provided with advice he did not agree with or follow. Shame on you Dan!

Dr. Machler is an amazing and caring physician. I and my family have been going to him for years. He has diagnosed allergies, rashes, biopsied suspicious moles, and has gotten us all to wear sunblock with zinc! My mother asked me to take her to him because she felt her dermatologist (in another state) wasn't really paying attention to her and she was right. Dr. M found a tiny pre cancerous mole at the edge of her nose! Thank you! He is also great with Botox!

Dr. Machler is extremely knowledgeable and an outstanding physician. He is passionate about his practice and seems to take the time with all patients to talk through their concerns, explain procedures thoroughly and to make them feel at ease. My family and friends are very satisfied and we recommend Dr Machler's office to everyone.

Dr. Machler is a thorough doctor with great bedside manner. He follows up and truly cares. He also double and triple checks everything, you never feel rushed like your just the next number. I am so grateful for his care.
