Impossible to make appointment
Dr Marr's office canceled my appointment in the last second and rescheduled me for 3 months later. Why do they penalize the patient for their mistake? When I tried to reschedule that appointment, they offered me something 5 months later. Trying to see Dr Marr is harder than meeting the President. Forget him and his office.

An appointment with a legend
Dr. Marr has all the credentialed trappings of appearing legendary, and tearfully noting the extent of his diligence and compassion to accommodate my request for an earlier scheduled operation further confirms an exalted rating, my only sadness is that I must end this long sentence before I can tell you his superb manner before and after my operation.

I did my research. I called my friends who are doctors in N.Y.C. Dr. Brian Marr came highly recommended. Dr. Marr performed surgery on me in early June of 2020 for skin cancer on my eyeball. Everything about my visits to Dr. Marr and my surgery went very well. I never had to wait. Dr. Marr has a relaxed way about him which made me feel relaxed. His staff is excellent and on top of things. Good follow-up. I couldn't have asked for more. Dr. Marr handles the most difficult eye surgeries. I feel that from my research and the experience I had, that Dr. Brian Marr is the best eye surgeon in N.Y.C.

Dr. Brian Marr is one of the most caring and patient doctors I have ever dealt with. He explained every detail of my ocular surgery and the after-care, and was available at all times by phone in between. On my first visit, even before surgery was planned, he gave me his cell number. During my convalescence, at one stage, I was worried about my eye and called him. He was out of town at a medical conference but answered his phone! He was able to explain exactly what was going on with my eye. I cannot recommend Dr. Marr highly enough. For any patient who has to go through ocular surgery, he is the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Brian Marr and his staff. They were very professional and treated our 10 year old daughter with great attention and made her feel very comfortable. Dr. Marr took the time to explain to us and to our daughter her diagnoses. Thank you Dr. Marr and to all of the staff for showing us great compassion.

I recently saw Dr. Marr and must say that I was so scared since it was my first appointment there at MSK. When I saw his credentials, I was reassured; they're quite impressive. The office staff was excellent (professional, compassionate, etc.) and when I met Dr. Marr, I knew I was in good hands. He was patient and explained everything clearly. He never rushed me and he was willing to answer all questions. It's obvious he cares about his patients. More doctors should be like him!

I had a surgery done by Dr. Marr. In one month nobody could really notice that a substantial piece was taken off my eye lead. The surgery was a success, and Dr. Marr had explained everything before and after. I would deffinetly recommend Dr. Marr.

Every time we have an appointment he is ALWAYS LATE! 1st appointment we waited 4 hours after the schedule time second appointment it's been an hour an a half late and we're still here waiting. He is inconsiderate to other people time and schedule. People have lives too and it doesn't revolve around him sitting here waiting all day. If you decided on this doctor you better have nothing to do all day when you make an appointment !
