Dr. Nelson is patient, kind and he listens. He seeks to get to bottom of the problem, not just treat the symptoms. I appreciate that and find it is a rare quality.

Awful experience with the staff...The nurse yelled and belittled me and told me she didn't like my attitude and that I was mean to her on the phone!...she cornered me in the exam room and yelled at me and belittled me....and I told the doctor about it...but he did nothing to calm the situation while I was there!...The staff was mean and uncaring and only cared about their emotion...this nurse does not belong in this budiness...I will get a new doctor tomorrow!...
