Bummer
Terrible….forgot about my husbands follow up after heart attack. Scheduled his own after almost three month. He blamed another Dr My husband used to like him. I never did seems arrogant to me more…last visit was gloom and doom…seems he wanted to be rid of him And my husband gave him glowing reviews in the past

Forgot about me
Used Dr Pollack for years. Very happy. Recently Had heart attack…put in stint….at hospital told me they would follow up and set up an office visit. After after almost 3 months made my own appointment. When he came in he blamed other on duty dr that saw me first….on same staff…as not scheduling follow up. However he was one told me about follow up would be scheduled. Last visit told stints sometimes collapse..sometimes blow up…so with shrug left. Wondered if I was going to make it home alive… Seems he wants rid of me. Yep know about his glowing reviews…used to feel same… But COME ON MAN!

Is Dr. Pollack actually 60 years old?
The office and waiting area were clean and had little or no patients waiting. The staff is well established to procedure and courtesy.

A breath of fresh air
It’s not everyday you meet a Dr who actually listens. Dr Pollack is an amazing Dr who knows what he is talking about and listens to your concerns without feeling rushed. He takes the time to explain things which is something more health care providers should learn. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing a great cardiologist.

Dr Pollack is wonderful but dealing with his nurse Monica is enough to give you a heart attack! My husband had an aortic valve replaced a few years ago and I called to see if he needed to be premedicated for oral surgery...When Monica picked up I think she was having a VERY bad day because she was VERY rude and unprofessional-had an actual attitude with me!!! She actually HUNG UP ON ME without getting or giving information... Thank God this wasn't an emergency I mean this is a cardiology group! I know help is hard to find help these days but maybe this group should look around for better nurses. Due to this we had to cancel my husbands oral surgery appointment because we never got the information we were trying to get.
