Long wait times
Two hour wait times and one of my eyes is still no better than before the surgery. Dr. keeps putting off surgery to correct problem.

Professional and Knowledgeable
I went in for cataract evaluation on my eyes. Office atmosphere is professional, efficient and personable. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. At the time of this review, I have have had surgery on 1 of my 2 eyes. Surgery went well and staff was great about explaining the process in advance to ensure you knew what to expect. This was consistent for each step of pre-op, post-op, as well as during the surgery itself. The improvement is amazing. I can’t wait to get the second eye done next week.

Yearly Visit
Dr Heisterkamp and her assistants were very cordial and kind. She listened to my problems and immediately sent a referral and orders for further testing to help get me to my next level of care.

Dr Head is who I see and he is very good. All staff are friendly and very efficient. They make sure all equipment is wiped off before exam.

Best Lasik center in Texas!!
Dr. Ranelle and staff have best "bedside" manner! They took time to answer questions, the procedure was quick and easy. I highly recommend this office and specifically Dr. Ranelle for lasik!

I was very happy with my cataract removal!
I had my eyes examined last Thursday with Dr.Heisterkamp! She is a excellent dr. Got me in and out very quickly! Everyone at this office in Hurst is so nice! I didn’t have to wait along time like some doctors offices do! I would recommend this office to anyone!

I decided to get LASIK at TX eye and laser and my experience with Dr. Ranelle and his team were very positive. Dr. Ranelle did my consultation, surgery, and one day follow up and he was very professional, thorough, and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. Although I was nervous about the surgery, the staff at Tx eye and laser helped me feel comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout the process. Thank you!

My appt was with Dr Hu. My 8 am appt lasted 4 hours. The organization was poor. Staff communication was poor. Saw 2 different doctors with differing conclusions. Lots of conflicting information between multiple staff members. Very disappointing experience.

I saw Dr. Webb this appt. Though I waited about 1 1/2 hrs after 3 different tests to see her. All was great ! She alleviated all my concerns and gave detailed explanations. Thank you Dr. Webb.. see you in 6 months

Dr. Ranelle was excellent. From my initial consult to my first cataract surgery, he explained everything in detail. All throughout my surgery, he kept me updated on what he was doing and what was next. His staff is extraordinary…everyone that I had to deal with or came in contact with! Texas Eye and Laser is the place to go for cataract surgery. I cannot say enough good about them and have been giving them high praise to everyone I have talked with. Highly recommend!!
