Dr. Rinehart has incredible bedside manner and always made me feel safe and comfortable to ask any questions or share what concerned me. He was reassuring and encouraging throughout my high-risk pregnancy, and always made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It was always a pleasure being seen by Dr. Rinehart and I always left his office very reassured!

I have visited Dr Rinehart for my singleton pregnancy and currently much more often for my twin pregnancy. I cannot say enough great things about his bedside manner and professional expertise. He always informs you what he’s looking at and gives an overall synopsis of how everything is looking.

Dr. Rhinehart had a terrible bedside manner. He did not explain what he saw on the ultrasound as he was doing it. He did not address my concerns on my new patient paperwork - including why I was having the vaginal bleeding. He advised me to start two medications without explaining why. He stated if I did not receive the COVID vaccine "you are more than likely to end up in the ICU and intubated". When I replied I would think about it he stated " well im not going to hold you down and force you to do it. Wow. At that moment, in my mind I knew I would never return to be his patient. This behavior and language is unnaceptable. Would not recommend and if you are looking for someone who cares and is thorough - he is not it.

I went in for a very stressful procedure and was originally terrified. Dr. Rinehart truly reassured me and calmed my fears. He discussed our situation at length, ensuring we fully understood. He was gentle, kind, and incredibly intelligent. I felt at peace with his skill set and bedside manner. He is one, if the not the, best physician I have ever visited.

Dr. Reinhart was wonderful. We were referred to him because our 12 week scan should a high NT fold on one of our twins. We meet with Kristine the genetic counselor first and she was very nice & informative. Then went for the scan and Dr. Reinhart was going to come in afterwards. Unfortunately during the scan we found out we lost our “healthy” twin. Reinhart was nothing but fabulous. His bedside manner was great and he helped my wife and I try to understand what might have happened.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rinehart. My wife and I have dealt with some pretty tough diagnoses with two different pregnancies and Dr. Rinehart got us through both of them. His bedside manor is well above average for the doctors we have been dealing with and he seems to genuinely care about our outcomes. His actual expertise also prevented serious issues, so we have him to thank for the health of our family.

I was referred to Dr Rinehart by my primary OBGYN as a precaution based on my 18 week fetal scan. He was kind, informative & reassuring. I go back for a follow-up in two weeks & feel confident that my baby & I are in good hands.

LOVED Dr. Rinehart. I had an incredibly high risk pregnancy, full of lots of complications. He saw me every four weeks, then every two, and then every week until my delivery at 37+5. He was instrumental in ensuring the healthy delivery of my little boy, and answered all my questions as they arose. My case was "one-of-a-kind" and he went above and beyond to ensure that both me and my son got all the care we needed. He also seemed to really enjoy his job, each milestone was celebrated accordingly.

Dr. Rinehart has been my MFM for 2 of my pregnancies, wouldn't see anyone else even though I delivered in Plano! Kind, considerate, upbeat, Always answers my questions completely. Sorry if you guys in other reviews might have one bad experience, but judging the doctor related to a billing issue is showing ignorance that he has anything to do with that. Hmmm, go damage someone else's professional reputation online. I'm defending an excellent doctor and person.

Got stuck with a lab bill because Dr. Rinehart and his office staff could not make a simple phone call to get it pre-authorized. I asked Dr. Rinehart specifically to check that lab was in-network before sending it out and apparently that proved to be too difficult of a task for Dr. Rinehart and staff. When I contacted the claims department who was investigating the case they said Dr. Rinehart's office made no attempt to get lab work pre-authorized.

Dr. Brian Rinehart is a terrible doctor. He is cold, heartless, and arrogant. In our (my wife and I) experience there was a number of times when he cut us off mid-question apparently thinking he knew what we were going to ask. He was wrong most of the time. He spouted off inconsistencies related to diagnostic abilities and test accuracies. When we questioned his conflicting statements, he would back-track and get very short and irritated. His staff befits him.

I am livid with this office. Dr. Rinehart is very nice and answers all your questions. However, they lied to our insurance, billing our visits as an emergency when it wasn't at all and then billing us the rest. Paying a bill is another story, they send incorrect bills, tell you everything is paid in full and then send an over due bill weeks later. HATE MY EXPERIENCE. Will recommend that no one visit this office.
