Dr. Shaffer was very professional and yet easy going. He listened to my concerns and addressed them completely and throughly. I didn’t know what to expect, feeling a bit nervous but I quickly calmed down.

He is a bottom line Doc on what is going on. Would love to have him be a tad more compassionate and a better listener during visits, but he is a great Dr and we do trust his expertise and he has helped my husband a lot!

My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Shaffer and I’ve had very good experiences on my initial visit and follow up visit, he explained everything thoroughly and clearly.

I had two office visits and one surgery in the past two months. First visit I had to wait 1.5 hours due to a scheduling conflict, staff was not friendly at all. When Dr. Shaffer reviewed my situation he did a very good job explaining my condition and surgery treatment. He has a no nonsense approach and moves through his work quickly. The surgery team was exceptional Dr. Shaffer met with me briefly before surgery and explained what he was going to do and what I could expect afterwards. My second follow up appointment after surgery I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time, staff again does there job, but not friendly. Dr. Shaffer checked me out told me what to expect for the next few months and I was done all in 5 minutes or less. Not much time to formulate questions, but overall the results are good.
