I’m very disappointed with Dr. Shull for penalizing and cancelling my appointment as I was 5 minutes late. The person at Everett Clinic took another 15 minutes to figure out my paperwork and insurance and then told me that now I was 20 minutes late! Nowhere in my appointment information it said to come 15 minutes early. I firmly believe that the motives for cancelling my appointment was something other than 5 minutes being late, probably overbooked as I heard them saying “cancel all his other appointments”. Okay, if that is the case, be honest! If that is not the case, can you really justify your position to serve your fellow human beings and penalize them for being 5 minutes late?

Dr. Shull commented on my husband's weight the entire time when that wasn't even the reason he was being seen. Super unprofessional.

Dr. Shull is a very soft spoken, gentle man. He listened to all my concerns about my children during their annual visit and was very reassuring. He's very calm with the kids and listens to them as well.

Due to Dr. Shull's negligence we had to hospitalize my mother who is 82. He didn't listen at all to what she was telling him about her spine injury and as a result after her having to take a cabulance ($220 ride) to see him, his not stopping to listen she had to go out to get tests at a walk in clinic. The Clinic doctors commented on how he didn't do the basics while she was there. End result emergency room visit via ambulance today. Return calls non existent from his office.
