This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a medical office. During the first appointment, Dr Smith seemed very interested in my case and made a game plan. I had a CT and viewed the results on MyChart the same day. Nine days passed with no word from Dr Smith's office. I sent Dr Smith a message via MyChart. I expressed my concerns and told him I was still in pain. I am yet to hear a single word from his office, and that was over 2 months ago. I found another doctor and will be staying away from GAP in the future.

Dr. Smith gives appropriate time per appointment/issue and always with a friendly and upbeat demeanor. Dr. Smith is an excellent listener, gives opportunity for patient interaction/questions, and provides explanation, remedy and/or course of action.
