Dr. Brian Steixner, MD

The first visit was fine, but on the second visit (follow-up) I did not see Dr. Steixner instead I saw his assistant. I would have appreciated on being told prior to visiting that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor. Also, I was seen one hour later than my scheduled appointment time.

Back in June 2017 I went to see Dr. Steixner because I was blocked from the Bladder, he recomended a Cystoscopy and when he started performing it he found I had a Stricture on the Urethra. He arranged for a procedure for the stricture for which I never received a medical report of the result and Dr. Steixner did not come to the Recovery Room to give me an oral report, as customary. Since then the Bladder Sphincter and probably the Urethra Sphincter were destroyed and I became Full incontinent. The medical report was given to me not by him but by one of his associates when I demanded that I wanted to see him. Needless to say that he never saw me again because every time I try to make an appointment with him he was not available. I have the suspicion, but no proof, that he did something either by negligence or by accident and I am suffering for it.

Dr Steixner spent a lot of time with me and my wife. He was a breath of fresh air in Lake Tahoe. I am so happy we have such a caring and well trained doctor in our community.

He spent a lot of time with me because I was nervous. I ended up not needing surgery and I am so thankful Dr Steixner let my body heal itself. I know he cares and he checked in to make sure I was ok. He is best doctor I know in his field

Dr Steixner treated me for prostate cancer several years ago. As I have been with him for over 5 years, he has helped me with several other issues and also helped my wife. He is always available and very kind. His office can be a little painful to deal with but I get the sense this is not his doing. I would recommend him to other people

Great doctor. Caring and honest

This practice is the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away. All about profit not patient care. Whoever manages this practice has no respect for patients. If a Dr. is not fully booked up with patients that day or not enough patients scheduled to bring in a tech for your testing you will get a call a few days before your visit that it needs to be re-scheduled. They will give the excuse, Dr had surgery, or tech was sick, etc. Profit first YOU second. Office staff stressed! Even Dr's are fleeing!

Jersey Urogolgy is a JOKE - This place is absolutely horrible. The worst I've ever experienced in my entire life - by FAR. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT. THE MOST OBNOXIOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. To sum it up in one word - PATHETIC
