No respect for Patients Time
Checked in more than 15 minutes before appointment time and waited until 20 minutes past appointment time before I got upset and checked with the receptionist complaining that they want hundreds of dollars an hour for seeing us but yet won't pay us for waiting on them. Gave them another 5 minutes before I walked out. Completely disrespectful to keep patients waiting that long without any communication.

Dr Thomas took the time to answer any of my questions. He's such a warm and caring person. Not to mention a wonderful an awesome person, I received an ear drum replacement and a titanium implant. After 25 years I can finally hear again. I couldn't have asked for a more professional,competent,and caring doctor. He has truly changed my life. God bless you Dr. Thomas. If you decide on him you are in great hands. And won't be disappointed with his competency and professionalism.
