care philosophy
I strive to keep patients in their home by providing high quality medical care where they live. To achieve this goal I see home bound patients in their homes. When indicated, I coordinate with home health agencies and other providers to bring as much medical care to the bedside as possible. I participate with Medicare.biography
Dr. Wallace has worked in several care settings, including office-based primary care and skilled nursing facilities. The home-based practice started in 2011 to address the needs of the hundreds of people who cannot get out of the house, and whose medical needs were not being met.Internal Medicine
