Everyone was very nice and treated me well. I got to the room fairly quickly and did not have to wait too long to be seen once roomed.

Hospitals make me nervous, but the staff made me feel welcomed which made me feel comfortable.

There was a power outage and so ran behind 2 hours. Luckily I didn't have any appointments in the afternoon. This is inexcusable and there should be an emergency generator. They could not perform many tests but the blood pressure machine was charged.

Yeah, hi. It was a good experience. Staff, doctor, professional, and courteous and respectful. Everything was pretty good and pretty prompt. Getting an appointment definitely took very long. I think it took five, six weeks. But the appointments to be scheduled thereafter aren't taking too long, actually. That could be improved a little bit. Also, more information on actual procedures. They did give a video that answered most of the questions, but just a little bit more personalized Q&A with the doctor. I know he's busy, but when it comes to procedures, the patient needs to be fully informed. You know, overall good experience. No real dissatisfaction. No complaints. Thank you.

With all due respect I felt sad in that my symptoms were not fully appreciated and minimized by the physician. Dr. Was very respectful and offered a reference to another ENT to help me understand my options to improve my breathing.

I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to staff. They were extremely rude on more than one occasion. The Doctor was very sweet and professional. Hopefully his staff doesn't cause any further issues with potential clients.

I was referred to Dr. Brian Jet-Fei Wong by Dr. Naveen D Bhandarkar to further examine the case of my nosebleed. Dr. Wong informed me that he is not a specialist in that field and did not know why I was referred to him, but he was very nice and examined my nose thoroughly.

I was Lost and drove around the building thru the adjacent construction looking for your building....for over 20 minutes after I arrived at UCI. You need more signs to direct to different buildings by street number, not name. Thank You.

The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable. The only concern is that he was working at 100 miles per hour. I was asked questions about history at a rapid pace which almost made my head spin. Overall, he was great
